NZ Post You Shop - have tried a few times but my goods always disappear. NZ Post are difficult to deal with when your goods are missing. Wont make the mistake of using them again

Shipped a skateboard deck through here and excellent, next more expensive purchase hasnt been seen for a week and now very concerned.

Twice now Ive had trouble getting parcels forwarded. Once with an electronic device because it had a lithium battery (and spare). Wouldnt ship entire package even though legally it met all shipping requirements, wouldnt even remove spare (controversial) battery and ship package. Secondly, CBD oil. Classed as a dangerous good. Now thats one for the books considering it can be bought at retail stores, ships all around the world daily, and classed legal federally since 2018. Oh and all cannabis products legal in Oregon. Go figure! Shipped with USPS, no dramas whatsoever. Law currently states less than 0.3%thc hemp based CBD products are unrestricted. This will be the last order I use NZpost and Youshop for. Shame really as it works well, other than understanding their own US regulations around freight forwarding.

Had a unique fraudulent order that gave us some trouble and we assumed this warehouse was another fraudulent freight forwarder diverting goods. Called the number available spoke with a gentleman at OIA who was not only unbelievably calm through my frustration but was able to locate our goods prior to it leaving the country and it is being returned. Our company is fortunate that OIA does try to avoid dealing with fraudulent buyers and in our opinion is aboveboard on all levels. I would have rated 5 stars even if our good were not recovered as they did what was right and went the extra mile to to help protect a US vendor from overseas fraud.

People generally wouldnt place comments and reviews for things done well. But I have to say using nzpost you shop, and having my parcel sent there to here was good. There was pros and cons. It was delivered and sent to nz within 3 days. pro. They repackaged the parcel without asking me first which was a bit worrying but it worked out fine. Con. Overall a good place to send through.

Everybody giving this place a bad name, it is a address that is provided by the Australian/New Zealand postal services. You send the package there, they send it too you for a lower cost. Its a safe place to ship, youve just gotta check if the buyer is legit.

As a logistical company, they are quite good and will meet any expectation you put fourth. As an employer they are like too many companies today who view their rank and file employees as expendable. For beginners its not bad but once youve been there for a while and start to have expectations of your own the company generally fails to meet them.

Suspect Forwarding ServiceI purchased a fairly expensive piece of test equipment and gave the merchant OIA Global details as the freight forwarder, as this is affiliated to Aus Post. Fortunately, the merchant decided to attempt to contact OIA to verify the address, with no response to multiple calls, so the transaction was cancelled.Pitney Bowes, as an alternative,may be expensive, but at least all of my transactions have been completed with no damage.

No email responses.... 3 months and still no shoes.... scam

Terrible customer service and zero help trying to locate a package they are responsible for but lost.

Have shipped several items using this address given by a customer overseas. First package was repacked and the item had the bubblewrap removed. Second package was repacked.. items had the bubblewrap removed and the items were placed into a smaller cheaper box. with little to no protection, and the items arrived damaged. ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE SHIPPED USING HIGH QUALITY BOXES THAT ARE CRUSH RESISTANT. ALL ITEMS ARE BUBBLEWRAPPED, and AIR PILLOWS ARE USED TO PILL ALL SPACES. OIA needs to have their clients work at a higher standard.

Had an order shipped to this warehouse. Turned out to be fraudulent. Stolen credit card. The works. We lost the merchandise and the funds. Weve had multiple order attempts for the same scam. All stolen cards labeled as high-risk orders. Couldnt fool us twice though thankfully. Definitely a scam / fraudulent practice going on here. Received an order from Singapore from a woman named Wei Shi Ang but being shipped to Oregon. Being that this order is a couple hundred dollars I needed to look into it. I wouldnt ship here to save my life.

A purchase I made arrived yesterday - it was repacked and sent to me in Singapore. And MISSING part of a vital pack which holds the hydration pack . Singpost (OIAs client) is dragging its feet and I am getting nowhere.AVOID Vpost (Singpost) and OIA.

DO NOT SHIP TO THIS WAREHOUSE I sell on easy, and recently had a women purchase an item and had me ship to this address, since it was an international seller I assumed they were using a shipping service. Its clearly noted on my shop policies items under 13 oz ship first class mail without tracking, and that if tracking is wanted it must be purchased as an extra service. The buyer waited about 2 weeks before trying to tell me on Etsy she had not recieved her package, I sent her pictures of the reciept. Well that shut her up for a few days until she opened a claim on paypal. I explained to paypal about my shop policies and that this address is listed on other websites as a sketchy / scammer address.....they told me that without any tracking info theres nothing they could do and that they would rule in the buyers favor......SO DO NOT SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had sold to a buyer in New Zealand and the company emailed the buyer to tell them the package had to be destroyed due to being covered in carpenter ants and wont be forwarded to their address. Also, they immediately blamed us even though it had shipped through USPS to them 5 days prior. Just seems fishy now after reading other reviews...

STAY AWAY FROM SINGPOSTTheyve been caught RED HANDED opening packages and stealing merchandise from packages before shipping them out for and to others.Find yourself and NEW place to use for shipping.This is one SHADY shipping company.

This place need to be investigated. Very suspicious activity going on. We have customers who have had their Paypal accounts hacked and fraudulently used to purchase items shipped to this Logistics warehouse and others on Oregon. We will decline every order we catch using this address.

Hacked my account on Amazon and send themselves an item .... Katarina ... Hope you know the damage you have made by hacking all my accounts and costing me a hell of a lot more
