Had a very dirty black Infinity and wanted it done for a birthday present. They went above and beyond, it looks better than when he bought it. We are both so happy with there work.

Brought in a brand new 2012 car to having a professional detail job done since the car was on the sales lot for awhile. Dropped off at 8 am was told itd be 3.5 - 4 hours. I called a 2 pm and was then told itd be an additional 1.5 - 2 hours. I then received a call at 4:45 pm asking if I forgot about my car. I stated I was never called and told my car was done and was then told my the manager that they had lost my info and had to go through my personal items in my car to try and find a phone number for me (VERY unprofessional). I told the manage that I run a business and had to close it down at 5 and he proceeded to tell me they close at 5 also. I stated that this is not my problem since I had dropped my car off at 8 am and was told itd be a 4 hour job max. This call came almost 9 hours after I dropped my car off. I was then asked to pay over the phone and I refused since I hadnt even since the finished product. Needless to say I showed up around 5:15 after closing my business and the car wasnt even finished. There was still a big spot of wax on the body, wheels hadnt been touched as they were still caked with brake dust and had the factory stickers / sticker residue still on them. Finger prints still on the sun roof from when I had bought the car a week previous. Water spots all over the chrome on my car... The list goes on. I was ticked at this point and told the manager that this is BS and I want to speak with the owner. He stated that I could bring the car back then next day for them to finish it and that made me even more livid as I dont have time to just drop my car off for a day at a time for somebody to NOT do their job. I was then still charged $150.00 for an incomplete job on a car that had little to no dirt on the interior with the exception of the finger prints which were still on my windows.The next morning I received a call from the owner and instead of trying to make thing right the first thing I was told was that he didnt appreciate me yelling at his manager. I went through the entire story above and the owner then stated that it was him that I talked to when I called at 2 pm (6 hours after I dropped my car off for a 3.5 - 4 hour job) and he proceeded to state that he told me the car would be done by 3 when in fact I was told another 1.5 - 2 hours. Instead of being professional and offering a partial or even full refund for an incomplete job he told me told bring the car back so I can point out the items they missed. I told him I dont have time for that and that they are the pros and I shouldnt have to point out what they missed.HORRIBLE customer service... complete rip off. Will never use this company again.

The owners and staff are some of the nicest people I ever met. Very personable and fun to talk to. When you call you reach owners directly.When I arrived to pick up vehicle job wasn’t done and staff was frantically trying to finish the detail. I felt bad arriving, they could of informed me a 3rd time that it’s not done, I would understand. But they did not communicate as good as I would hope.Classic over promised under delivered.Loose Angry dog at entrance, pose danger.Cup holders not cleaned.Antenna missing.My passengers butt was wet. Mold may form.Certain parts of car where not cleaned.Estimate of completion wrong twice. Late delivery.Took 15 mins to accept payment, cc processing not ready.Price of $225 for car detail was somewhat high which would be ok if the job was done on time. But due to multiple infractions in this business I may not return for further business.

My experience with ProAuto was great! Was referred to them by my car dealership. They did exactly what they promised and in a timely manner. They even stayed after hours to wait for me to pick up my car rather than have me wait til morning. I have and will continue to recommend.

My car was very dirty. Seats were stained. It cost 100.00 and they did an amazing job. The only weird thing is my radio no longer works. I am hoping its a fluke coincidence or a blown fuze. Good job guys!

Lady at the front window didn’t even acknowledge I came into the shop. The number on google is disconnected so clearly no one here cares about being contacted for work. She was the only one in the building and refused to talk to me? I don’t recommend coming here at all

I want sure what was going on when I walked in, I had to find someone to check in with, but my truck has never looked so good! Also, great price.

Tell your employed to SLOW THE FDOWN — just witnessed one of them driving on division in a school zone area at 3:40 PM excessive rate of speed was behind me when I stop on division for pedestrian they change lanes to the right to go around me and They also had to stop for the pedestrian.Black passenger car guy was shorthair little chunky left wrist bent over the steering wheel like he was all that..He came from the intersection 174th and division heading east

100 cheaper than the last place I went to and did just as good of a job. Very friendly.

** DO NOT USE THIS BUSINSS***I scheduled a full detail of my truck two weeks ago. I called and was told by Paul, the owner, that he would give me a call back in 30min because he was not in the office to put me on the “board”. 24hrs later, no call back. I should have taken that as a sign and looked elsewhere. I called Paul again and scheduled the appointment. At that time I scheduled the detail I was given a price and told there would be a $10 upcharge because my truck is black. Fine, I know that there is a bit of extra work involved in detailing a black truck. When I arrived this AM to drop off my truck I was confronted by the owner, Paul, who abruptly told me that if I wanted to pay the previously communicated price it would be cash. If I wanted to use credit ( wanted to use my mileage card ) it would be an extra $10 beyond that. I asked him why he did not mention this before, and he became very defensive and loud and said “I am telling you now!!” Then he began to talk down to me, asking if I knew the difference between cash and a credit card. After a short but heated verbal exchange he told me to take my truck. I gladly did. There was no way I was going to patronize his business after that… Not good business practice to start an argument over a $10, visa fee ( Visa would have charged them a $4 surcharge at most, BTW). There are plenty of other detail shops around Portland that would be happy to have your business. Beware if you choose to use this guy.
