Very poor management never listen to tena ts complaints and follow theoufh

Rainier glen in Enumclaw is absolutely horrible. Manager is NEVER there. Nothings getting repaired, nothing has been done. Washers and dryers never work. Manager threatens tenants when we try to clean up and make property look better. None of us have gotten any of our paperwork about new leases, but they sure do take our money. Property looks horrible, trash all over, rats/mice all over. Trees never trimmed, manager DOESNT pay vendors so they WONT come on-site.Managers living free in a nice 3 bd 2 ba and NOT doing a thing. Office is CLOSED day and night.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!!

Live in one of the apartment complexes that they manage. Have been verbally attacked and abused by other tennants. My right to SAFE HOUSING has been violated several times. Cant even spend the night in a apartment I pay for because of being Affraid. Management has done nothing to help.

I have been living in one of their buildings for over a year and the building itself is great and in a great location. Maintenance is friendly and responds quickly. Unfortunately we had people move in next door 6 weeks ago who smoke multiple times a day inside their apartment. The smoke permeates my apartment and the only solution is to open the windows as it comes from the ventilation system. I have emailed management multiple times, and have been told by them that others have also complained. While management is friendly, I have seen no enforcement of the no-smoking clause of the lease. If you want to live somewhere where you can smoke indoors and management doesnt enforce the lease, consider a guardian property!

I was an employee for 6 months. Sounds short but I was there longer than most. I was a community manager. First off it was advertised as a full time position for a decent pay. When I was hired it became a part time position for less pay than advertised. The portfolio manager that hired me and was my boss was a complete tyrant. The job was way more stress and responsibility than anyone should have to handle and the way it made me feel about myself was intolerable. The tyrant even threatened to withhold my paycheck if I didnt meet her unattainable expectations. Pretty sure thats Illegal. Dishonest advertising for the position should be illegal.

Horrible staff & company

I live in a low income residence where persons with disabilities reside as well as persons who are retired. The management here does not appear to have empathy, compassion and GOOD COMMUNICATION. It is very sad because the majority of people here are good people. I am not so sure that the fault is with the direct manager here but rather the powers that be. Decisions are made on the spur of the moment without thought for what really needs to happen and how it affects the tenants. It is very clear that they simply do not care about the tenants.

I tried to address an issue following the proper channels I need to go through to complain on a manager at the Barbara Maher. My complaint was not heard and very side tracked. Did not want to call because, I was told it was useless. But, In order to proceed with the next steps I had too. So disappointed with Guardian Management on their ability to be fair .The manager feeds into gossip and conflicts.Depending who you are, she will not help you, address issues, and be very unprofessional. I have never called her supervisor in the past to report the managers bad conduct. Because, she allows the Manager at the Barbara Maher to do and say what she wants. Its very sad and disappointing to be treated differently than other tenants there. If, people only knew what I have been through with management since living there, you would be very shocked. The lease agreement you have to read and sign. Under conduct about respecting your neighbor is false. It should read you and your guest can scream, hit on walls loudly, and your dog can bark,and scratch on walls. all through the day to certain tenants.

They rarely answer the general number and never return voicemails. Very poor managment and lack of communication skills.

Ive been charged ever month more money then my rent has been every month since new management has taken over and still asks me to pay

Horrible communication! lost documents! Incredibly hard to get ahold of anyone let alone get a call back. Sometimes months without anyone on site to report changes to.

Unfortunately this company is very dishonest, they have very poor record keeping skills which results in lost documents in your disadvantage and all they will say is they have no proof. They have no documentation to back up what they say. Their properties are just as bad. Maintenance requests will go for months not taken care of and when you contact the management company they brush you off. Very many legalities with this company, I also work in property management and I have witnessed many things with this company that will result in a law suit. I would suggest that you never deal with them.

I live at the ellington and alot of nosie last night and i would love for it to stop!
