I scheduled a consultation, was charged in advance for it (which is fine), then Toby never showed, never called to say he was going to be late or that he couldnt make it, and didnt return my call asking him to call me about the missed appointment. Maybe the guy is in the hospital. Maybe his phone died. Maybe something else happened. If he contacts me, Ill revise this review. Right now, not impressed.Update: Thank you for refunding my deposit. The 3 emails and 3 text messages I received from your automated system all said Weds Aug 25, so Im mystified how this did not show on your schedule. I found someone to do the work while I waited for a reply from you. But thank you for the refund.

Tony installed a new bathroom fan for us. He was able to get it done in half the time even though there wasn’t any access from the attic. We also appreciate that he didn’t blink when we asked him to wear a mask inside the home. Thanks again!

After calling a bunch of companies, and either not getting our calls picked up or people not having any availability, Mr Jack Of All Trades picked up our call immediately, and found a way to come deliver a quote and get started as soon as possible. We had a tight deadline, but still Mr Jack Of All Trades managed to make sure that everything was explained to us throughout the process and that our desires (like removing the the black berry bush that was so big it blocked the sun light to our back yard and putting down a membrane to prevent future growth) were heard.After all was said and done, we ended up with a great cedar deck that were anxious to use once the warm weather rolls around!

Bought a new dryer and needed an updated plug and larger diameter hose vent. We didnt discover this until it was delivered on Friday morning leaving us in the lurch. After making lots of calls to other places (and wait times of a week or more), Toby was the only one who had availability AND got me a quote Saturday night. I broke a large piece of my western walnut futon and didnt know where to turn to get it fixed. I found Toby, and within a couple of days he fixed it good as new! The fix appears to be strong, and the attention to cosmetic detail is excellent. I will call on Toby again for repairs and other issues I run into at my home. Great service!

I cant begin to say how dissatisfied I am with not only the work, but the lack of customer service we experienced. Multiple missed appointments due to a myriad of excuses. Shoddy work, lack of communication and literally left a mess after every visit. We finally just paid the bill so we could move on and find someone else to complete the projects.

This business is a scam beware. I paid $250 to have my stove fixed and it never happened. He was supposed to show on two separate occasions and each time had an excuse to why he couldnt make it. Today I rescheduled for the third time and now his phone is off. It was my mistake to trust this person but you dont have to make the same mistake. I will be reporting this business for fraud.

Our upstairs bathroom flooded and next thing you know our bathtub falls into our living room and killed our dog.
