Just called to get prices for a cordless backpack vacuum. The person I talked to had no knowledge of brands, prices, etc. She giggled and told me to look it up on their website on my own. Wow. Customer service at its finest. Ill go to Walter E. Nelson. They are more than happy to find the info I need.

We were charged way more than they first quoted. Then David says he should be able to do something to help us out, but his overlords said no.A plug replacement cost almost ½ the cost of the total unit?How about you give us a proposal and not a verbal and then quadruple your price.One nice thing is that they will deliver as long as you are cool with one of them bringing a dog who runs through your place of business and barks at everyone.We won’t be using them anymore. That includes IICRC classes which will probably hurt us more than them but if they are gonna draw the line then I won’t cross it either.

NEVER take to get a truck mount fixed total scammers. we took in for a tuneup 500.00 later he go take to job next day wont suck i call them they said sorry cant help you with out charging you. WTH I mean he called us said it was running better than when we brought in, but it not they dont even care and wont make it right . we have lost over 500 in jobs due to it just sitting there. shity place and thing to do. I plan to tell katu and better business bureau when I am done here. They should fix it for free on top of that they didnt put our tank back on so that was there too.
