He listen to our wants and provided his expertise on the build of our van. He was always available to us whenever we called him and was as excited as we were during the build. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. He constantly provided updates and recommended something that, I ended loving. Cant say enough about Dustin, Jordan and the group at OVP. I originally reached out to Dustin just to get some advice, and he was very gracious to guide me, but as it turned out I ended up purchasing a fully built van in his fleet. He was incredible to help answer my questions and make the deal happen in a short amount of time, while on vacation in Mexico. He has also followed through with service after my purchase in terms of answering questions and providing info. This is a top notch company, with a top notch leader/owner. Dustin answered my emails and elementary questions before I even owned a van. He listened to my needs and spent time offering his experience and suggestions when I asked. During the build- which at first was going to happen in phases, he worked with me patiently as I prioritized what I wanted to do first.When I switched gears and wanted to do the conversion all at once he was always available for questions, concerns, and inevitable design changes. Dustin and his crew worked tirelessly to produce a top notch, totally customized camper van for us in a short couple of months. Dustin is a fantastic communicator and always kept us in the loop, giving us progress photos along the way! Probably the best quality about him is his ability to give suggestions based on past experience, while also being willing to try out new ideas to make the experience totally customizable. Overland Van Project is awesome. They installed custom flares for me and did an excellent job. Dustin and Sequoia are both super friendly and accommodating. I highly encourage anyone looking to build a van to use these guys. Their custom work and customer service is a level above.

I cant say enough good things about Dustin. Im an aspiring DIYer and have gone deep into the #vanlife rabbit hole on YouTube. Ive looked at some of the industry Class Bs and either wasnt impressed with the fit and finish or just couldnt see spending that much on something I couldnt customize. When I saw that Overland Van Project had a build nearly complete on a 144 4x4, I reached out to Dustin to see if hed be willing to part with a partial build that would give me the opportunity to finish the build myself. He could not have been more flexible or accommodating and entertained all of my crazy questions along the way. I was really excited about the quality of their work and the value of what I was getting when my dream collapsed due to financing challenges. Dustin was completely understanding and tried to help me through alternatives, going far above and beyond normal customer service. When the economy settles back down and Im in a place to look at a van again, Overland Van Project is the first and only place I would consider.
