We had our truck towed there Late Wednesday night and called the next morning to let them know what was going on and truly not expecting them to get to it right away. I spoke with Wes and he was amazing. Even though they were busy he took the time to check the truck and have it fixed by the end of the day yesterday. I highly recommend this auto body shop! All of the guys are amazing and take very good care of their customers and the vehicles. Thank you guys so much! We will be back

Wes is very cool! The original quote is fair and competitive, then right after the install it turned out its less than the original quote. The outcome of VX series muffler is very satisfying. Now my 2018 Rebel is like a lion claiming his Territory lol!

I am out of state and found this repair shop on-line for a front right tire that was leaking air. Although I had no appt and walked in at 2:30 pm on a busy Fri aft before Thanksgiving, I was not only NOT turned away...but treated very nicely....and the hole that was found in the tire was plugged and patched ...all at NO CHARGE because I was told that I had waited for 2 hours!!! What lovely service!!! I would go back in a heartbeat. Everyone was treated so nicely and the owner has very good rapport with his regulars and with out-of-towners like me! Thanks Bill!!

I have known Wes Meyer( one of the owners of Bills) for over 10 years. He has always been very honest with what I do need or not need for my car. I have never felt that I was being taken advantage of. When they opened Bills,that is when I met Bill. I have also been very comfortable with Bill since I met him. The mechanics there knowledgeable and I have complete faith in all of them. That is something that I dont think everyone can say about their mechanic. Our car got a flat, Wes there patched up the tire filled it with air, and put the tire back on. He said that it was probably time for new tire told us when we should get them by. Honest man, good customer service, very fair.
