We worked with Linda about one year ago to set up our home and auto insurance. Since the home insurance covered four properties it was somewhat complicated. Linda set it up just as we wanted. It all went very smoothly. A couple of months ago I had a fairly expensive auto accident. The entire claims process was remarkably smooth and easy. Everything was settled promptly and all my questions and concerns were addressed. Linda and Farmers did a great job.

Our first introduction to Farmers and Linda Elliott occurred when we first spoke with Linda about wanting to lower our rates for auto insurance. She was able to get us a lowered 6-month premium (around $150 lower), with more coverage, than we had had with Geico. Within the first week or so of switching, I unfortunately had to file a claim for comprehensive. Linda was quick (only a few hours) at calling me back, and I hardly had to do anything further but show up for the rental and the repairs.This first experience was truly positive, so we then quickly made the decision to switch our home insurance to Farmers. Again, Linda took the time to give detailed information on all of our coverage options, providing knowledgeable, sound advice on options that fit our home and situation best. And again, our premium went down to boot.But I think Lindas expertise and overall caring demeanor really shined when we were pondering life insurance. She took the time to pay us a visit, at our request, to go over plans and options. A friend recommended Linda Elliot when we were looking for a new home insurance agent. My family tries to be very intentional about the people and companies we work with and support. My friend pointed us to Linda, telling us that Linda was a thoughtful, dedicated, kind, super smart woman, and she did not disappoint!I sent Linda an email inquiry via email and immediately got a call back. Linda spent a Sunday afternoon -- the day before her major surgery -- setting up a new insurance policy for me.Later, on no fault of Linda, we ran into some tricky situations with my mortgage company due to transitioning over to a new policy, converting from a construction policy to an actual home policy, doing a middle-of-the-year change, etc. In the confusion, my insurance policy was cancelled.When I discovered this, I called Linda in an absolute panic! She immediately handled everything on the back-end and got the situation straightened out in one afternoon -- calling my mortgage company, faxing over information to them, updating me on the status of things, and writing me detailed instructions in email about what I had to do on my end. As a Real Estate Broker I align myself with service providers that work hard for my clients. Linda Elliot is one of those service providers. Linda not only secured a good price on homeowners insurance she went above and beyond when we found out this particular home needed flood insurance. She was able to find a land surveyor on short notice, worked with the lender and FEMA to get the most accurate quote she could to meet my clients closing deadline. But, that is not all. After closing she continued to work with the surveyor, lender and FEMA to verify the flood risk. Weeks after closing she was able to get the flood zone adjusted and ended up saving my client nearly $3,000.00 a year in insurance costs. I will highly recommend Linda to every client I work with!
