Randy is a wizard! My 2019 challenger got dinged at a local restraunt... of course the culprit didnt stick around. Got me right in the body line... deep and sharp, not to mention forward of the side view mirror. Found this guy on a local Google search and I can not believe he got that dent out. Price was good and the results even better. Hope I dont need to again, but if I do... Randy is my guy. Look hard at the pics, the damage was much worse then what I was able to capture.

Randy is so nice. Hes very honest and very fair about his assessments and prices. He did an absolute amazing job on my car that had extensive hail damage. Theres almost no evidence that there was any damage on the side panels. I would highly recommend him!

Nobody deserves a 5 star review more than Randy at PDR Solutions. I have taken three different personal vehicles here with multiple dents and creases in the body panels. I am extremely picky about the appearance of my vehicles, but I believe myself to be realistic with my expectations. Randy is nothing short of a perfectionist and has gone above and beyond what I would consider realistic expectations for repairs. I have been in the automotive business for 17 years and I consider Randys work nothing short of sorcery. Very Happy with Randys repair on my 2017 Rav4 with big dent of the liftgate below the license plate without replacing any parts. Two local auto body shops quoted me about 2K to replace a liftgate before I went to Randy for estimate. I had just bought a Solo Stove Yukon. It’s a big, beautiful fire pit made out of stainless steel. I had one fire in it, and was preparing for fire #2 when disaster struck. I was emptying some of the ash and other fire remnants into a metal planter bin in our backyard when the dang thing slipped and I dropped it on the side of the bin. The result was a big, gnarly dent.Multiple expletives later, and after some searching for a way to repair it, I found my way to PDR. Randy (I think that’s his name) told me to bring it by and he’d do the best he could.The dude is a magician. If you aren’t looking for the damage, you’re not going to see it. My precious fire pit is returned, intact, and burning like a champ...many beers consumed around its warmth and glow thanks to Randy/PDR. And the price was totally reasonable.If you have a rig or contraption that needs fixing, hustle down to PDR. They will forever be my first call.

Randy worked magic. I went from feeling sick about the dents in the door of my 1987 Porsche Carrera to being on Cloud 9. The door now looks like it would have when it came from the factory....a long time ago. My advice is do not even consider other places.

I received a nasty gift last Christmas while shopping at Washington Square Mall. I parked as far away as I could but yet returned to a BIG door ding. This set a bad tone for the holidays and I couldnt help but be annoyed at how careless and thoughtless people can be.Then I met Randy from PDR Solutions. He met me late at night after dark and in the rain, and proceeded to fix my dent. Then he told me that it was NO CHARGE! Cannot believe my eyes, amazing work! Huge dent from a door ding is now completely gone. Was told by another company it would need patched and new paint wouldnt match, cost was going to be around $600.00. Took car here and it was only $200, no paint needed and you cant see where the dent was! Amazing!

First visit to PDR. I am a detail oriented person and very picky. I cannot say enough about Randy and his excellent customer service. Completed the repair while I was there. He is a skilled artisan. The dent disappeared in front of my eyes. it takes a technician with an eye for detail and a skill set to back it up to be able to do this kind of work. Randy made a fantastic repair for a big dent very quickly. He under-promised and over-delivered. The repair is virtually perfect and not detectable unless prompted to where it used to be. Could not be happier.

I got finally got fed up with the annoying door dings on my otherwise mint car. I saw PDR solutions while visiting high line customs and had a chance to talk to Randy a bit. The quote he gave me was very reasonable and better than most shops around.When I brought into car Randy did an quick job and the ~5 dings I had are removed from history! Im a huge auto detail enthusiast and when it comes to my car - I notice EVERYTHING. The dings are 100% gone. Very impressive. I would take any car I had to him with confidence!
