Great place! Our car was totaled and ACP was very helpful/communicative throughout the process. It gave us much needed peace of mind because we hadn’t navigated the process before and have had issues with Progressive. Good customer service, including swapping the old rims/tires out with the stock ones for us, and updating us regularly. I would definitely recommend ACP- fair prices and awesome service all around

Had a great experience with ACP Auto body. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The repair took a little longer than expected, but that was because the part took longer to arrive due to covid impacting deliveries. I had one minor issue with a sensor on my rear bumper dislodging a couple months after the bumper was replaced. The owner was very responsive and took care of it right away..

I unfortunately have had many car accidents in the past and by far this is the best place for sure... We usually have to rent a car while our car was being repaired but he had a loaner car that got great gas mileage. We had a Thousand dollar deductible and the owner gave us a a 300.00 discount and also buffed out the bumper in a few places, in which I unfortunately had a few parking lot incidences. It looks brand new. The girl in the office (can’t remember her name) sorry, was so nice and so is the owner. This is our new auto body shop! Let’s just hope that is not my fault next time! No there will be no next time, but I am definitely going to refer him to everyone. Forgot to ask if they Engine work, or tune ups or oil changes even though our car runs perfect some of our kids cars need work. ACP replaced my front passenger door and windshield. They did an excellent job matching the paint and cleaning everything up. I was especially impressed to find all my road maps still nicely arranged in the door’s storage—I had forgotten to take them out before the work was done. The work took a bit longer than expected, and ACP offered me a discount for the trouble. They were a pleasure to work with, and I would go to them again.

I used to rebuild motors, and have worked on many cars. Im very picky with the shops I work with.Alberto did a great job restoring our 2005 Honda S2000. Someone hit our car and ran last month. ACP Auto Body restored it to great condition. The lines look clean. We dropped it off, they paid our $300 un-insured motorist deductible, and they took care of the rest with insurance. The lines look good. The paint was blended well. Id highly recommend them to anyone.NOTE: Youll see the spoiler is missing in the painted photos, these photos were taken before it was re-mounted.

Tried to charge me $1400 for a bullet hole repair with no electrical or function impact, strictly cosmetic damage. I ended up doing the job myself with Bondo for $50.

You will not find a better service than this one. Their service exceeded all my expectations. My 2020 Toyota Corolla was badly damaged and I thought it was impossible to get it repaired. However, the car after service looks like brand new. It was a problem, cruise control didn’t work, but computer restarted itself in the same day, and it started to work. There was a problem with parts because my car is new. Alberto provided me with free rental car. They also paid my deductible. I can recommend this service for anyone.

From the first call when they were the only place answering phones on Saturday, to issues with insurance payment, they were continuously positive and kept great communication. While I hope to not need a car repair in the near future, but it will be ACP that earns my business back, guaranteed.

Dents Gone WOW!!!! Dont tell the rental company that there was a dent in the brand new car that I had out. I kept it an extra day and took it to the shop. The owner said he would have his Dent guy come in the next day and see what he could do. I thought there was absolutely no chance whatsoever that they could make that dent disappear and that I was screwed, blued and tattooed. I got a text message the next day at 10 a.m. that my car was ready. I was sure that was because there was nothing they could do. No way, Jose!. The dent guy had taken the dent out 100%, and you couldnt even see that there was anything there, ever. The car checked in on rental return without any issue whatsoever. My God almighty, this guy was an absolute magician. It has been said that they can be a little bit slow, and I think that might be true, so I wouldnt count on it being the fastest turnaround on the planet, but if you want top quality work, entrust your car to ACP Auto Body, and Mr. Perez, the owner. You cannot go wrong.

Just picked up my 2013 Audi Q7, and it looks brand new! ACP did a fantastic job, and I am very pleased with the quality and detail. My car had significant damage to both the front and rear, so much so that I was sure that the insurance company would total the car. Insurance said that they would pay for repairs, so after searching on Google and Yelp, I chose ACP, and Im glad I did. They dealt with the insurance from getting my car towed, extensions on my rental car, returning my rental car, and getting all repairs approved. I didnt have to deal with insurance one bit, and I appreciate that because I hate dealing with insurance. On the outside, the shop isnt the most appealing. However, dont judge a book by its cover! I would not hesitate to use ACP in the future or to recommend this place to friends and family. My only critique would be for communication. It took me a while to get my car back due to the extent of damages, as well as having to special order parts. I would have appreciated updates rather than having to call them all the time.

We took my boyfriends car here that was involved in an accident. We were so pleased by the service and the remarkable repair, that we brought in my car teo weeks later for some minor repair. They work with you to figure out how to do the job, getting it done the way you like and goes through price options; such as using used parts rather than nee to reduce the price. AWESOME AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Wow! its so scary taking your baby (car) into the shop. I was amazed and so grateful for their service. They always answered my calls or would get back to me quickly. When my car was returned it was extra beautiful they did such and amazing job. I am so very impressed with their work and customer care.

It took 3 months to get my car back and repaired because of my insurance company. However, ACP fought for me, so I didnt have to argue and deal with the insurance company myself. They also provided a loaner for the FULL length of the repair, and lowered my $200 deductible to 0!!! I love this repair shop, and will recommend this place to anyone that needs a repair!

Went to ACP with my Chinese grandpa, who doesnt speak any English, to have a side mirror repaired.Mirror controls worked perfectly but the mirror had been popped out of the case. A different repair shop tried to charge us 500+ dollars to replace the entire mirror system, but ACP did not try to take advantage of us!ACPs manager (owner?) was friendly and patient, waiting for me to translate everything. Service was super fast, the mirror looks perfect now, Im so happy! Highly recommend!Honest, fast, professional service!

Great guys, had a fender that was rubbing after a little fender bender. They had no problem popping it back out real quick. Didnt even get the kids out of there seats. Took about 10 minutes and didnt ask for payment. Still paid them for their time. Definitely will be coming back.

They didnt take my payment without me first seeing their work and finished product, a rare thing these days.I brought my older outboards hood to be painted and repaired; hesitant of it being too small a job for them. Nope! They had no problem giving me a fair quote and took pictures of how I wanted my decals. Picked it up a week later and what a terrific paint job!Such a pleasure as a customer to do business with stand-up people. Took my truck in to have the door repaired. They started my car out back and brought it around for me to pick up. I brought my car home and it has never stared again. They said they drained my battery while working on it but I have to now replace more than the battery... If you like driving your car dont bring it here

I had work done for an insurance claim (the other persons, thankfully). They handled all of the details with the insurance and arranged my rental car. All I had to do was drop off the car and pick it up. The car came back with the paint looking better than when it was new! The work was completed in a time-frame on par with other body work Ive had done over the years.I had some out-of-pocket work done on another car on which they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price.Dont expect a large comfy lounge with coffee, but you can expect friendly professional service with high quality craftsmanship.

I had a problem with a broken side mirror so I called ACP because that is who my phone said to call and they had the part ordered within an hour. Two days later I drove my car in and they went right to work. It only took Alberto 15 minutes to get me back on the road!! The mirror looks brand new and flawless! Not to mention all the electrics on it work as well. They employees at ACP are very friendly, while I was there 3 guys stopped their work to greet me.

This place is great. Only issue I had was with the free loaner car, it was a POS but it was free. The work they did looked great. It has now been a little over a month and the car seams to be holding up good as new. The staff was friendly the manager was in touch with me though out the repair keeping me informed. Just if you stop by the shop dont let the look of the place run you off they are professionals and I would rather get a better deal on my repairs then pay more for a big pretty shop, and nice new fancy loaner cars. I would highly recommend this shop and I can assure you that I will be using this shop again.
