I had researched different agencies and initiated conversations with a number of them before deciding to sign an agreement with Intuitive Digital. Part of that decision was based on the presentation of the agency.Here are some of things that they say, Your business is our business. Were here to help you exceed your goals. Intuitive Digital is a principle-driven business that provides highly reviewed services and drives excellent results for our partners. We deliver the absolute highest level of service to our partners and if youre not happy we will work with you until the problem is solved. They presented a set of values and this one was what impressed me most:DO WHATS RIGHTThe practice of being honest, taking responsibility for mistakes, and always fighting for the best solution on behalf of partners.The owner of the agency told me in our kick-off meeting, We deliver results, and if we dont, we fire ourselves!On May 12, a day shy of 3 months since the kick-off meeting, I cancelled our engagement. After all that talk about delivering results and doing right by customers, I had spent in $4125 in Intuitives fees, $1470 in Google ad fees. First, I had a major problem in that Google Maps was listing my old business address from when I used to run my business out of my house.
