I purchased an ad on a whim. I really didnt think it would produce much business. I attended the meet and greet and thats when I realized I had made the right decision. The market acquisition manager was friendly funny and full of information. I made great connections with other business owners. There was great food and a friendly atmosphere. And then the business started to roll in. Im so glad I made that decision to get that ad and I will definitely do it again.
These guys have called me for the past three years trying to get me to do this because I know the broker at the office. Finally I agreed to do it, and it has been an overall positive experience. Our ad looks great, and the event was something I wish we could do more than once a year. Two new customers in two months. Should have done this sooner but hindsight is 20/20. Thanks again guys!
I signed up with Vendors united last August as a Vendor. I was told that i would be sponsored in a booklet in Key Realty Group offices, and that in October we would have a get together with Realtors in a meet and greet situation. It is June 29th. They finally got around to the meet and greet.Every realtor i met wanted to get my card. i missed out on 8 months of advertising i paid for because i was not able to meet with the people that were supposed to recommend my service. The follow through on the meeting was really lackluster. And the only reason i signed up in the first place. The booklet is really well done. The ad looks great. It is towards the middle of the book. I was genuinely impressed with the layout and how my ad popped off the page.I know for sure that i have not received one phone call from this ad, and if i do not get a call before the end of the summer i will consider it money wasted.
I definitely wish it was possible to give zero stars. This company is a SCAM!! They take advantage of small businesses and have found a legal way to do it. We paid them in August 2017 and its been over 6 months with no product. Even though in their contract, (which I was tricked into signing because they called it a reservation form) they state that delivery of ad to host is estimated to be approximately 120 days from date of signed contract. It is March 6, 2018 today, 202 days since the reservation form was signed. All calls and e-mails to the company are fruitless. Cassandra (assistant to the C.E.O) says that she can not tell me this far out when the books are going to print. Dustin is the owner and he is a mean bully. He threatened to sue me for harassment if I keep e-mailing and calling his employees, because no one was going to tell him how to run his business. Apparently wanting to know where your promised product is, that you paid for over 6 months ago is harassment. Who knew?
My company was notified by Jack B**h in November 2016 to advertise in a Community Directory sponsored by a local Real Estate Company. I agreed to do a small listing, but was contacted by Jack B**h a few days later with some GREAT NEWS. He had a full page ad available at a discounted price if I acted now! He was even going to add an extra year if I paid the updated fee! No pressure but we are closing the directory this very week for publication.I was to be notified by the local real estate company within the next few weeks to attend their meet and greet, where they were going to recognize all their advertisers and introduce the agents to the Community Directory, in order to hand out to each one of their clients! THIS NEVER HAPPENED!Vendors United will not answer their phone or return calls when you leave a voice mail! The real estate agency mentioned doesnt have a clue what Im even talking about! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Do yourself a favor- if you are ever contacted by these people, hang up and block their number!
Vendors United approached our company last year to advertise in the guidebooks they were printing for the RE/MAX office in a nice part of town. We would have the chance to network with agents and give deals to their buyers. It took a little while for it to all come together, but our ad looks great and the event was very nice and we were able to build some good relationships with the agents. We already got two referrals out of the deal in just a month so Id say its money well spent. They let me know today that they had another office nearby so weve decided to advertise in that one too. Thanks for the business, guys!
These guys do deliver the product and the vendor book, the ad, everything looks really nice actually. As for the event itself, it was a potluck, and we met with many agents, including the guy selling two of the homes on my street. I also met a painter who is going to probably paint my house. Two thumbs up. Glad I did it.
My office; John L. Scott-Seattle uses Vendors United LLC. Daniel Ruth scheduled a meet in greet at our office and the vendor was excellent, the information provided to our agents was great! Daniel has been a great resource and we look forward to working with them again next year. The booklets are great for our agents to gift to their clients.
Vendors United is a SCAM. DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY COMMUNICATION OR EMAILS WITH THEM. They imply they have authorization from a company to promote that company to other vendors in hope to sell advertising. The promise the vendor they will have access direct access to a company and all their employees. They also promise the vendor that their advertisement will be put in some kind of book that will be distributed for free to all the customers of the primary company. They are advertising for and in behalf of companies that they have never received authorization to advertise for.
The Vendors United chose very professional vendors in the coupon book. We are enjoying distributing the books because they look Great!! Enjoying the Partnership with Vendors United. I always get a quick response to my request and they always follows up with me. Such great service!
I was a bit hesitant at first when the saleslady pitched me. Seemed like a good opportunity, so I went with it anyways. Im really glad that I did it! Customer service was great at answering all of my questions along the way, and their designers did do an excellent job on my ad.
I was bait and switched by this company! I was told I could have an add for $429.00. No big deals on the price. Then I was called again with an exclusive offer for another $400.00. This company then charged my account over $1200.00 in less than 24 hours. I asked for a payment back and I was told by a Rude customer service rep that they did not give the money back. I called my credit card services and did get my money back by a fraud charge. The owner then called me the same day { 09-21-2017 @ 1:38 P.M. } and told me he was going to spend my money out of his pocket and take my girlfriend out. I should have came to the BBB first before making a decision about this seemingly to good to be true marketing scam. This company should be banned from the American system!
This company claims to have relationships with local real estate companies. They offer you and your company access to these companies, along with advertising in their guidebook, for a fee. Most companies understand that you have to pay to play. But, there is no relationship, the offices they quote know nothing of them, and theres never any book... filed a complaint with the Oregon State Attorney General to try and get our $695 back.
This is a scam!!! I gave them money and was promised that I would be able to attend gatherings with real estate agents where I could discuss what my contracting company could bring to the table to help them out with their clients. NOTHING ever happened. I have called into them so many times for the past year and never get anywhere. Im reporting them to the BBB after posting this review.
Not a real company. We placed an ad that cost about $900 almost TWO YEARS AGO and nothing was published! They claimed to have published it at one point, but we went to see the physical magazine and even contacted the marketing director of the company who supposedly distributes the magazine and it was made up! Not even a real magazine. We have now been trying to get a refund for two years. Cassandra always acts like things are out of her hands and passes you to Dustin who is conveniently NEVER in the office. Its ridiculous. Hopefully Vendors United gets shut down quick. They are a scam, so dont waste your time or believe anything they say.
My experience with this company has been positive. It started off a little rough because until they get enough advertisers it is impossible to create the book. I felt that they were ignoring me but then realized that they were just doing the background work to get the book created. After they had enough advertisers on board to make the book a value added item then things started moving. We received our booklets and they exceeded our expectations. We held a Meet & Greet and everyone was happy. Thank you Daniel and your team for doing a great job.Shellie
Im not sure how this company is still in business - worst company I have worked with and such a SCAM. They took our business money promising to have something published and years later, we are still in a battle to get a refund since it was never published. We have called almost everyday wanting to know what the status is and today they told us that our number would be blocked and they will keep our money. DO NOT USE THEM.
I was under the impression that someone from Vendors United was coming to our office for the meet & greet but that wasnt the case. The meet and greet went fine regardless, because our agents knew the vendors.Would I take advantage of this again, knowing what I know now?Probably not. Our city has regular meet & greet events with local businesses that serve the same purpose.
Absolutely horrendous service. I was originally contacted over 7 months ago to participate in Vendors Uniteds little scam. Contract said delivery in 120 days.... $800 later and I have received nothing and customer service will not return any calls. I recommend staying far away and if anyone else has had a similar experience please share!
I was so sorry to miss the event but I was in bed too sick to attend. I missed a great opportunity to connect with everyone. Ill get up there soon to pick up a booklet. Im sure it rated a five star!
Negative 5 stars. Total con artists. They’ve obviously taken the hard-earned money of countless small businesses like mine and disappeared, as evidenced by the fact that the phone number no longer works. Karma will get them soon enough!
I purchased an ad in the vendor book for the downtown Remax office. The proof looked good and the printed product looks better. The event was nice and we look forward to this working out.
We paid $395 on Feb. 9, 2017 for an ad in a Century 21 community guidebook. Fast forward to October 2018 (18 months later) and we have no guide nor our money back. I have tried to call more than 25 times to no avail. The office manager Cassandra keeps telling me to call back since Dustin wont call me back. She said she keeps leaving sticky notes on his desk for him to call me. LOL! The last time she said she was just in the middle and couldnt help me, but that I should keep calling back. At this point they have stolen $395. I hope the BBB, FTC, Oregon Dept. of Justice and Oregon Attorney General will help us get our money back.
We just had our meet and greet and everything went well. Daniel Ruth was good at getting back to us. We did have a little period of time where we had difficulties communicating, but we found out that it was only that way because I was directly mailing someone who had been unexpectedly let go. After that they were great to work with and were able to get everything in a timely manner and they even threw in free folders for us! Whatever their problems might have been with the earlier reviews, they seem to have everything straightened out!
Ok first off yes, the meet and greet they promised me did happen more than a little bit later than they had originally told me. I attended the event and there was wine and and a beautiful assortment of cheese that the broker of the office had provided. We met with all the agents individually, got a chance to tell everyone including the other owners there what I pride myself in and what my company offers new homeowners. When it comes to security its a first priority. That is exactly what I had a chance to share with everyone at the venue. Now as far as the guides go, it was a huge success!! Me and my associate were able to take several dozen with us afterwards to share with our vendors that we use! All in all I am very pleased with vendors united and the service they organized.
This company is a scam. I purchased an advertising package for John L Scott that included advertising in a booklet and a networking event. I waited months and months and nothing ever happened. Each time I would contact them they were nice but would always say it will go into production in a few weeks. Well, now it is a year later and still nothing, so I have filed a claim with my bank because the company refuses to give me a refund. Now that I look online and see all the scam reports I wish I had done my research more before buying this. Do NOT believe anything they say they are liars and should be shut down.
These guys are great. They are always very responsive to our needs and they always put us first. I cant say enough about how friendly their staff is and how confident I am in their abilities.
SCAM! Beware, do NOT do business with this company! After spending $495 on a 1/4 page add I got called back an hour later by the boss and nearly yelled at me for not jumping at his opportunity to give him another $1000 for a full page add. Here I am 10 months later and never got my $495 add, to my knowledge the magazine may not even exist. Never got to speak at a realtor conference. They stole $495 from me. Very Angry. Currently disputing this claim.
This will be our second year in the publication. Vendors United helped us run an ad for the broker at the Remax office downtown. There was a potluck and we met with agents and other sponsors. It was worth our while. Thank you!
WARNING ALL BUSINESS OWNERS: I want to warn you of a scam! Do NOT get involved with Vendors United, LLC. Vendors United, LLC is a THIEF, a LIAR, and it’s a company from HELL!! When they contact you, hang up! You will be saving yourself from future nightmares. It doesn’t get any worse than this company. In January 2018, they took $745.00 from me for advertisement. They promised me a 2 year full page ad with the Edina Real Estate Office in Coon Rapids Minnesota. They told me that the Agents use vendors from the ads to get projects done and distribute at open houses. I was also promised a logo at no additional cost and meet and greet with the Agents. When I inquired about the meet and greet and some other issues, Dustin the devil lashed at me with insults and mockery. He told me I was a bad person, that he does not like business owners like me, that he won’t hire me to clean his house, and that he will warn all the Real Estate Agents in the Coon Rapids location, to beware of me. He went on and on laughing, mocking, taunting, and carrying on as the fool that he is. I have never seen anyone be so disrespectful to me or acting so trashy in my presence, as this Ghetto boy did. I finally hung up, but not soon enough. I should have known that I was in the presence of an evil person and hung up sooner. I should not have engaged with him and allowed him to provoke me as he did. My regret! Dustin, you are a demented, unprofessional, arrogant bum. I have prayed for you. The Almighty God will deal with you so severely for the way you treated me. Your company will come to a complete ruin so you won’t continue to deceive business owners. Please check out the online ONE-STAR reviews of many business owners who have been ripped-off by this company. One of the complaints was from someone who contacted the Coon Rapids Office and was told they have no knowledge of the magazine. Even the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota documented on its website, the complaints against this company. I wish I would have checked the reviews prior. I would not have been in this mess. They have my $745.00 and I have zero service to show for it. If they contact you, this is what you do. Tell them to call back in an hour. Go to the internet and check them out before you commit to anything. If the offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is. This company is bad news! Stay away!
Same experience as the recent reviewers, contacted by Kelli Shaw about marketing opportunity through local realtor. I even called the realtor to make sure that they were really representing them and he said that they were in fact working with Vendors United so I paid in full for the ad and never heard back from them. I also was promised a meet and greet with realtor group which never materialized. No ad, no meet and great, and no response to my countless e-mails and phone calls. Absolutely, do not do business with this group. Very horrible experience. I will also be submitting a complaint with the BBB.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They promised multiple times that our ad would be printed and we never saw it. They said it would be printed in a certain magazine and we called around to find out that that magazine never even existed. Because we called them to get our money back they said they would block us. That is not how you do business!!! We should have done our homework before working with them. What a scam!
Our boss didnt want to do this at first, and he is glad we did. He didnt want us to run a coupon at first because we never have, but I convinced him to, and hes glad we did. It was a breeze to work with these folks, the ad looked great and Jordan was especially patient with me, as I was very picky. The books went out in March and today makes the fourth coupon deal weve redeemed so far.
Had a positive experience at the agents meeting. The book was delayed quite a bit but it the experience was positive. We did this last year, it took a little longer than we expected then, too, but we do get the referrals so its worth it.
Definitely will be reaching out to someone for a second year. I received a lot of business from my ad in the Community Guidebooks. Was a big help for my company!
Never received what I paid for. After first payment (in full), received multiple calls for upselling me a larger ad, more ads, more booklets, etc. waiting on refund if anyone will ever respond....Called to get refund. Told CEO had to approve. Had to email Cassandra Gill. Told it will be 5-7 days. That was almost a month ago. No response since then. This is clearly a company with many bad reviews and many unfulfilled services. Definitely run from a company with this type of moral scruples...
My company was contacted in May of 2017 by Vendors United. We were to have ads in 2 realtor guides, both to be published within the next 90 days. After 5 months I called and was told that the guides woundt be published until early 2018. I asked for a refund of my money, they denied the request, I called my credit card company and they reversed the charges pending an investigation. I learned today that they found in my favor! Its interesting that the reviews for this company are either 5 stars and glowing, or 1 star with scam warnings. I do not benefit from writing bad reviews...heed the 1 star warnings.
Scam. Dustin and Andy are the scum of the Earth. OSHA needs to shut this operation down. I was told by Dustin that I’m a nobody and that he’s a somebody and that he has all the control and power. Crazy right? Then he told me that I’ll never get my money back and started laughing at me, then he started choking. I wish he hadn’t stopped choking to be honest. With all the bad things these guys do, it’s no wonder they have a 1 star Yelp rating and a constant stream of complaints to the BBB.
Scam!!! They just steal your money and lie to you!!! File a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office in your state if you have been taken by these thieves. Maybe we collectively can put an end to them taking advantage of businesses. I bought an ad last year but got nothing but excuses. I called Coldwell Banker (that was supposedly where the Meet & Greet part was to be) and they informed me that they are not doing business with these guys.
Im having the same issues as the previous two mentioned, simply ignoring me, then after about 5 months telling me that it was in production then coming back two weeks later stating that my credit card declined for the other half of my payment. I cannot verify whether or not this is true, but I would have happily made it right with them had they ever contacted me. At this point, all I want is my money back as I have received absolutely ZERO value for their supposed service.I will be contacting the Deputy City Attorney for Lake Oswego, as well as the State Attorney General to file a claim for fraud, if you have been defrauded or lied to, I suggest you do the same.DO NOT do business with these people. I check and as of today, they are rated as a D+ with the BBB.
Vendors United did a wonderful job arranging the meet and greet, as well as putting together the books for our Business. I would highly recommend them for any of your advertising needs, weve seen a 40% increase in sales since this venture, and look to continue to do business with them.
Nothing about the experience has been pleasant. I have constantly had to email and ask for time lines. Such as art work being sent in, time lines for meet and greets, any over all update and anything else that I was promised. This process has taken more the 5 months and I still do not have any products.I do not recommend this company with anyone. The sales pitches are lies.I have to send multiple emails waiting weeks in between before I get any kind of answer.I run a successful business and was hoping to improve it by the products i purchased. I can not associate myself or my business with a company that operates in this manner.
This company tricks you into advertising with them. Disputed the charges for the advertisement and luckily got all of my money back. They use a fake magazine/ad to get you to pay to advertise. You will never be contacted by there “designers” to help create your ad and they arent actually publishing what they say they are working on. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.Also...they dont even deserve 1 star so too bad 0 isnt an option.
I wrote a warning review about Vendors United 1 year ago and truly hope that many, many people followed my advice. I, unlike so many others that have written reviews, got my money back because I called and reported the issues with my credit card company--they refunded my money! However, I am back to report that this company 1 year later, fraudulently charged my credit card, because they illegally kept my number on file. Again, I called my credit card company and they have refunded all of the money and canceled and reissued my card so this can not happen again. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision, The State Attorney Generals Office of Oregon, and will next called the police department to file a criminal complaint. Anyone that reads this and the innumerable other WARNING 1-star reviews and still chooses to give Vendors United their hard earned money, I say good luck! But your gut told you to do some research (read reviews) and I suggest you follow that feeling, and my advice, run away! Yep, this company is a scam.
Vendors United is a SCAM. DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY COMMUNICATION OR EMAILS WITH THEM. THEYRE SCAMMERS!! They just take your hard earned money, and give you nothing in return. Dont do business with this company save yourself from the loss of money and the horrible experience!! They deserve know stars!!
Complete fraud. Company takes your money and never get what you pay for. Emails sent no response phone calls not answered. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
After some problems with our account because of reps leaving we seem to be on track to get our guides soon. Its a good concept and the sample guides are high quality products, so we are looking forward to getting these in hand to hand out to buyers and sellers.
ZERO STARS! Horrible experience, contracted to advertise on the back page of a realty booklet for Exit Realty, paid $800, an entire year has passed by since my payment for the advertising, and the booklet was never printed. The companys employees provided the same story over and over, its almost done and it will be going to print soon, this went on month after month every time I called. They had the audacity to call me again about a week ago, asking me to participate in another booklet for Weichert Realty. They have my taken my money! Their not replying to me will cost them more than the cost to give me a refund, with the business I hope they lose from the bad press Ill be spreading everywhere. They are shysters and thieves STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Update: This company demanded that I retract my Google Review or they would not refund my money. I am not going to do that as my words are truthful and potential customers need to be aware of the tactics of this firm. See below:Awful, pathetic, rip off - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. You are better off tossing your money in the fireplace. Material breach of contract, filed a report with the BBB and am looking at further actions to prevent other firms from getting ripped off. This company should be ashamed of themselves - I have never seen anything so blatant and insidious. Negative 100 rating.
Vendors United will RIP YOU OFF. The owner told me he would get all 600 of his employees to write a bad reviews about our company for writing this one (rewritten since) The owner IS A BULLY and said we were being hostile by saying we would take necessary steps (contacting BBB, Oregon Attorney General, ETC.) to get our refund. It has been over 377 days and we have not seen anything from the $900 we paid Vendors United. They called us in August of 2016 to advertise in a booklet with a local reality company in Austin, Texas. Said they were only considering one business per type/trade and wanted us to take advantage of being better known among the reality company and its clients. This fee was to include a full page ad and a meet and greet when the book went into circulation. They have gone back and said they would give us 2 years in the book, instead of one because it has taken so long to go to print. We refused this offer and have continually just asked that we be paid back for not following through on time with this book. The owner also said that because we were being hostile, that whenever the book did go to print -we would not be allowed to come to the meet and greet. Simply put- this business scams other real businesses into taking their hard earned money.
The meet and great was very nice. Hope to get some business it was a positive experience.
HORRIBLE experience.... They took our money, and I never heard anything after the artwork approval. It was not until I was moving 2014 files, did I realize that they had not contacted us AT ALL about when the realtor meet and greet was/is. I called to be refunded, and they said that theyve done everything they were supposed to do.. Even though I was told wed receive a copy of the booklets, and I havent received anything. In addition, I probably never would have heard ANYTHING from this company if I didnt come across the paperwork when moving files.RUDE over the phone as well. Definitely do not care about their customer service..
I found the Coldwell meet and greet to be very helpful. The host gave each of the guests the opportunity to introduce themselves. From that, I made several direct contacts with both realtors and a few like minded vendors. Now I have the introductions to follow up on.Thank you.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT BUY. TRUST ME. OWNERS DUSTIN OUELLETTE AND ANDREW LEWANDOSKI ARE VILE SORRY EXCUSES FOR HUMAN BEINGS. FALSE PROMISES. A GARBAGE OF A PRODUCT. DOESNT EVEN WORK. REALTORS RECOMMEND WHO THEY WORK WITH FOR A KICK BACK. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE FREE BOOKS NOR DO THEIR CLIENTS. BIG SCAM. SAVE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.
We had a group of businesses attend one of our sales meeting to review their local operation, meeting was well attended and everyone got great information from the event.Jim Durham
Had a great meet and greet! I had a wonderful experience working with your team of professionals!
This company cold called me about an opportunity to advertise in a local long And foster booklet. I paid in full in April of 2016 it is now January of 2017 I have tried to contact the company directly man times as well as through the bbb with no response. They have never produced any proof that the book even exists let alone whether my ad is in it or not. They are frauds, they took $650 from me and I got nothing in return not even a response to my questions. The meet and greet kept being pushed back and as of 9 months later has still yet to happen. This company is a SCAMUpdate I was issued a refund and eventually sent a copy of the issue
Do not do any kind of business with this scammers !!!Stay away100 % Rip offJuly 26th 2016 I paid Vendors United $995 for an advertising package. The Package was to include a booklet (preferred vendors) to go to all of the new homes RE/Max agents sold in my area along with a meet and great of 60 realtors. I have contacted my agent at Vendors United many times over the... past 8 months, and to this day I have not seen the the booklet with our add. More more importantly I have not been contacted about our lunch/dinner event with the 60 realtors. I have have lost all respect for working with this company and wish to be refunded.
Reviewer Dustin Ouellette.....WHAT are you doing GOOGLE!!! He is the Director of Sales !!! IS this a joke?Do NOT use them. They talk a good game, but have been unable to deliver. After 6 months I gave up and simply disputed the charge with the credit card company, who agreed with me and processed a full refund.
There was a miscommunication and they corrected the mistake. We never had a chance to work with them so I cannot give them more than 3 stars. I appreciate that the owner called and corrected things.
My entire company had a pleasant experience using their service and we were very pleased with the finished booklet as it has been a great marketing piece.
The Vendors-United Book that was produced for us is very professional and great to hand out to our clients. I would recommend this company.
Turns out I knew one of the Real Estate agents at the Meet and Greet already, I used to work with her a lot, and was told shed moved out of town, but she moved to Century 21. That contact alone is worth the price of admission. Glad we did this.
Had a great experience working with them, they printed an ad for me locally and the results have gone great so far!
So I am an interior designer and I used vendors united, the meet and greet was great, landed a few nice jobs and several relationships with some top producing Realtors. I cant complain, theyve done everything theyve promised me and any issue that has occurred they have fixed it no questions asked.
AVOID - Unresponsive and unethical. In August 2016 transaction, VU claimed my ad would publish in the Fall including meet-and-greets with two Realtors Ive sponsored. Its April 2017 with no line of site to print or meets. No response from VU to numerous emails or voice messages. AVOID this publisher.
We placed an ad last year in the guidebooks the Remax office in the same building as us. The broker eventualy arranged a meeting with us and some other local busineses. We did pick up work from this office over the year. I am please with the business relationship.
Great service. Nice staff and they know their stuff!!
My initial experience is mixed. There were only about 5 agents (expected many more there) and one of them sat at his desk and worked the entire time. Virtually ignored what was going on around him while we all networked/spoke, etc. It has generated some sales and continued contacts that may well work out.
I contracted with United Vendors a year ago and paid them $795 to be in a Keller Williams Realty publication. The publication never went out and this company has refused to refund out money. Do not do business with this company it will steel from you. Kasandra (office manager) lied repeatedly to us that our refund was on the way.
DO NOT EVER do business with this company. I spoke with Doug/Dustin today and advised him that I was upset about the lack of communication and wanted to know what was happening with our account. He states that he is a partner in this company and he advised me that my payment to his business meant nothing as he would be out on his yacht either way. I originally spoke with Andy Lewandoski in February, my last communication from them was April 13, 2015.and they have not followed through with anything that they advised they would. According to Doug/Dustin, the booklets were shipped on 6/29/15 but until I called we have not been made aware of anything. I will follow up with my co-client to see if that is a fact. To date they have not provided the meet and greet that they said they would and when I asked about it was told they would not be doing that, even thought I have it in writing. I am appalled at how they have handle our agency and would not recommend them to anyone.
I own a interior design company and I worked with vendors on a community guidebook project. They were very helpful from my account executive patrick to jordan in the artwork department. The meeting at the real estate office that I was a part of ended up being a great expierence. The books are top knotch and have gotten a couple great clients out of the half page I took out. Would highly recommend!
They kept on saying they will get booklets done in January then told me its in Febuary and keep on delaying saying its almost done. Then i call them again they said they dont know when it will all be done. And then i tried calling again after some time and keep on transferring me thru lines and goes to automatic voicemail where then no one ever gets back to you. Dont waist your time with them youll loose money just like I did.
Horrible customer service. Still waiting on an email with my ad over 3 months later. Still no date on the meet and greet. Save your money do not use this company.
Vendors United? More like Vendors Underwhelming. This company operates worse than the newest Ghostbusters film.Steer clear if you value your time and money.
Scam alert! Dont use this business. Will never deliver in any if their promises.
They have helped my business so much. I had no idea how to advertise until they helped me. I cant thank them enough.
Fraud company, can not follow any of their own contract items. Run as far away from advertising them as possible.
This company took my money never came out with the publication and refused to refund my moneyThis company also has more then 5 other companies at the same numberScamming looseresIf there is a way to turn them into the state of OregonI would like to know how
Great company with beautiful production!
Horrible experience, poor communication, not professional in any way. I will never do business with them again.
SCAM !!!!!! Dont fall for it like i did . They take your money and do nothing .
One of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with . We are currently taking legal action against this company . Do not do business with these people
This is the biggest scam I have ever been suckered into- and they will not refund $$ Do not spend a dime with this company- I have been calling and emailing for year and still have never seen and ad or had a meet and greet- I just spoke to one of the owners - Dustin- and he just laughs and says I dont know what Im talking about-Biggest waste of money out there!!!
This is a sham of an operation.
I love it
