This U-Haul center is the best in town in my opinion. Fast,Friendly and funny at the appropriate times. Great customer experience.

I live next-door to the business. After hours the outside phone keeps ringing and ringing and ringing. I’m a nurse I work nights with the Covid patients and I try to sleep in the day. But I can’t because U-Haul has their phone ringing and ringing and ringing after hours when they are closed. God bless America and our new President. Amen.

Great service friendly people

Gave us a truck with no air conditioning. Roadside assistance tried to fix but couldnt. This dealers employee said would not compensate us despite having to drive hundreds of miles in the heat. When I complained about it he hung up the phone on me. Also very misleading about insurance telling me for whole time of rental versus per day. Called Uhaul customer service number. They were very polite and helpful. Will never rent from this place again. There are other dealers in town who do not treat customers this way.

I rented a trailer to move a vehicle. Isaiah was super helpful and professional. The old managers (and the cats) are gone.

Awesome place great people

I adopted on of the cats someone was complaining about. Yes they feed the strays, but my vets office says they also try to provide medical care etc. as well. My experience is that they are friendly and helpful. I choose this location even tho there is another one 10 miles closer to me.
