Use to be assume both washers and dryers. Washers dont spin your clothes all too dry LIKE USE TOO. BUT CLEAN AND STAFF DONT BOTHER YOU.

I went as soon as it opened. It was my first time there and it was super clean. I saw a gentleman around 7:30am touching up and he opened a window where you can buy soaps, chips and stuff. Definitely recommend.

Nice clean laundromat. Brand new machines, though the dryers especially the large ones tend to break quite often. Other than that this is the nicest laundromat in porterville. Like all the other laundromats I dont recommend going on a Sunday LOL

The machine took money and theres no number to call for help.

They say they are opened at 5am. Its never opened on time, last time I sit and wait. Coin ok is always opened.

This place is always clean and plenty of washers.

Mask not required for entry. Employees have no masks on either unfortunately. Never ran into a problem with the washers or dryers but this place is always a little messy and the floor is either wet or needing a mop badly.

Staff was friendly. Machines are all new and well kept. Can pay with coins or with the speed queen app. They also have a little lounge area where kids can sit and watch tv and draw on a chalkboard. Machines are a bit pricey but I like that its clean and well maintained.

The machines are excellent. The workers seem suspect. Not the nicest people. I thought this laundromat would be different by keeping the AC on, but it looks like they arent to keen on keeping it comfortable for their customers. It gets hot in there.

Big washers one can do 2 loads at a time or a giant quilt can go in a washer there

I like the laundry mat however the lady closing up told us that it closes an hour earlier then the posted sign. When I walked out to put one of my baskets in the car, the door was locked at 8:57 pm. I would recommend that they inform the employees that are closing. My family was not the only one there. Sign has closing time at 10:00 pm. My daughter and I enjoy going to a well kept laundromat.

I like this place its so much better than others here in town its really clean and well kept! Just a little pricey but its worth it! They even have a small area where you can sit down and watch TV!

I love this place for the speedqueen app and the new washers and dryers but on several occasions I have gone and it was closed early and not just a half hour or 15 minutes I strived at 8:40 pm and unloaded the laundry baskets from the car over to the door and then went back to the car and grabbed my phone and laundry products when I got to the door to open it and carry all my stuff inside it was locked. I knocked and the girl working told me :sorry we are closed. By this time it was 10 tol 9. Loud enough so she could hear me I asked dont you close at 10? and her reply was tonight we closed early this is not the first time Ive been gold it was closed a hour or more before actual closing time and on 2 other occasions I have went early and they hadnt opened yet but it was after the time the doors were supposed to be open

When this place opened up it was well maintained and clean. I dont know what happen. Quite of few machines are out of order. It is dirty and not being maintained. Unrelated. The landscaping is horrible. Weeds are growing about 7 ft tall. Parking lot is full of trash. Homeless is sleeping in the dumpster area. 🙏🙏 For that person.

Our washer was out of commission. 2 weeks till the part arrives... Came over to Spin Cycle Laundry Lounge until it gets repaired. Clean facilities, Attendants are nice, and the addition of the Speedqueen App makes it convenient. Prices are a little higher but drying is free so it balances out.

There is no air conditioning hot as he**!! And theres no vending machines to even buy water ...

Even though its a brand new laundry place. Its really poorly taken care of. I been here couple of times and every time I come in its always dirty. For example, the floor is liked not getting sweept and moped. The washer arent being cleaned at the end of the day. Like how hard can it been to clean the place up and make it look and smell nice. I been to others here in town and are well much taken care of than this place.

I asked the lady if the air was on, no answer. She had headphones on. Its too hot with all the washers and dryers on. I looked at the thermostat and it said 86!!! Its fresher outside!!!

Not customer friendly ...has no way to buy laundry supplies if you need and attendant isnt around. Has to struggle to carry large heavy laundry in because cant remove carts and door swings outward. Too expensive guess thats because they need to pay cable and Netflix bills

I like it that its nice and clean...The people there are constantly cleaning the machines...There is a couple things I dont like tho...For example: the AC is off and it gets hot...They dont have a water fountain or sell water so we always have to go to the restaurant next door to buy the drinks...And the dryers do not give u a lot of minutes even with 2 quarters...

(I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LAUNDRYMAT!) They have the bigger washers & dryers but they cheat you on your drying mintues when you add a lot of quarters or time off their app, the app doesnt work properly, they also havent fixed any of the out of order machines for over 2 weeks. They also keep the washers all closed & dont let them air out so they have a bad moldy smell; honestly there are other laundrymats that are even better then this laundrymat. This laundrymat dont even go by their actual closing time, they locked their doors at 8:30pm but the time states they dont close till 10pm. Also the manager is unreachable & theres no contact number to speak to anyone.

This laundromat is brand new, consistently clean, free WiFi, and has brand new machines!! I highly recommend this laundromat for those who live in the area👍

Very clean and the staff is friendly& helpful. They have different sized washers and the prices I think are pretty good. I think if they had a vending machine for drinks would be good or just a water fountain. The only complaint I have is they need to set rules for the children. There were kids running around and screaming like crazy. Im afraid a child may bump into a customer. Ive been to all the laundromats in Porterville and never saw kids acting like that. Other than that I really liked this one.

No one is on premises. No way to buy soap if you need it. No one to troubleshoot machines. No toilet paper in the restroom.
