There staff was very helpful and polite. Clean and quiet i was surprised 😮 the best place in Porterville for sure!!!

This place needs to be more kept up on their laundry machines. Most of the machines are always out of order. The dryers dont always dry very well, the roofing is caving in from what looks like a water leak. The bathroom is always locked because they couldnt keep it clean. The money machines for quarters are always having problems. The bench chairs are hazardous (they are not bolted down or secured in anyway). The washing machines also charge differently even if they are the same size & same make & model of machine. This place also gives permission for people to take out your laundry of any of the machines if your not paying attention to it or not around, which in turn makes people think its ok to always take your stuff while your transferring your laundry into the dryers or pretty much giving them permission to steal your laundry. This place needs new & approved management or something!

All new machines, and great customer service. Best place in town.

Its a bit dated setup in there. No power outlets if you want to work. Sitting benches are old. Good machines.

Once in awhile I need a big washing machine like at the laundry mat I have not been here for 5 years and its has new machines and its always have been one of the cleanest places to go when need

I 4got sum small rugs and the owner was nice enough to hold 4 me 4 several days! Couldnt ask for more. It may not be the newest machines but he keeps it clean and sanitized by wiping down machines constantly! All my laundry is always well washed and I am very happy with their service!

All clean and very well kept! This is the only laundry mat I use! Plus I love all the new machines!!!

Kind, helpful staff. Machines are always cleaned by staff after someone uses them. Clean bathroom and great prices. Definitely best choice in town.

Very helpful! I was by myself with 8 regular loads if laundry. I fell behind fast with our dryer being MIA in the move. They helped me get the laundry out of my truck and into the laundry mat. Im not fimiliar with laundrymats and they helped me out finding the largest washers to help shorten my time. Very helpful and friendly would highly recommend to a friend 😊

I love it, always clean and the staff is so polite, whenever a customer needs anything their is a number on the wall and they always pick up and get to you as soon as they can.

Rude and aggressive staff I just went to see if they had enough coins for Large Bill got a big family lots of clothes to be washed and I want to make sure they had enough change before I lugged the clothes in apparently they have a policy they having problems with people coming and just taking their change and walking off cause theyre too lazy to go to the bank and get more quarters I told him the laundry was in the car and I was going to bring in I guess he has hearing and was being very pushy about me bringing it in I told him Im not going to do my laundry with that attitude he followed me out and took a picture of my license plate
