These guys have restored my faith in Jiffy Lube! Great technicians providing top notch service! Full inspection revealed a torn front CV axle which I was able to get fixed under warranty down the road at Les Schwab but wouldnt have known about it if the guys at Jiffy Lube hadnt seen it and told me. These guys have my repeat service.

My experience w/ this particular Jiffy Lube (Port Townsend), was practically perfect in every way. They were kind, thoughtful, helpful, honest, informative, & above all else? Incredibly professional, respectful, timely; (in addition to being considerate from a financial standpoint, as well).I highly recommend this location for any oil change related service, tire pressure check, etc.I am not the most knowledgeable individual when it comes to anything car-related ~ however, I love to learn about my car, especially when it results in me being able to manage certain aspects of caring for it, to minimize the financial strain of basic/routine maintenance costs. I found they were eager to very thoroughly answer all of my questions, w/o making me feel like I was in any way wasting their time. Great service from the crew, I remember the names Matt and Albert but there was a guy wit a beard whos name I didnt get. They were quick and surprisingly thorough! The price was quite high even with a coupon I found online.

They were short staffed but I still received one of the best services. They made me a priority. Came and greeted immediately. Albert and Matt got me in and out within 30 minutes and another car. 10/10 on the whole experience and the two employees!!

They did a coolant flush, replaced my air filter, and refilled my tires as well as topped my fluids off in about 20-30 minutes and were great with customer service. If you want trustworthy 5 star quick service, with very good pricing (Im not wealthy), than Jiffy Lube in Port Townsend is the spot 👌

Affordable prices and quality care.

The workers there were very knowledgeable and helpful to me while servicing my truck. I appreciated Matt talking to me throughout the servicing so I knew what was going on. The service was done quickly and professionally. If I’m ever in town again and need an oil change or anything I’ll be headed back there. I was the only one there after a busy afternoon for the workers. I went in at 2:10pm on a Monday and the workers that I saw all had a smile and seemed driven to do the best quality work that can be done.

First time to p.t. jiffylube and matt and the guys did a fantastic job, quick, easy and professional. By far the best oil change experience Ive ever had, will definitely be back 😉

When I pulled up, Albert the manager immediately greeted me with a welcoming smile and asked me how he could help me today. I’ve had some terrible experiences when getting my oil changed and he made me feel comfortable in the environment. He walked me through it as well as having GREAT customer service. 10/10 will recommended to other people!

Service there is very friendly and they know what theyre doing. As long as youre nice and respectful, than everything will run pretty smoothly. The employees are respectful and friendly even if a customer is rude, conceded, inconsiderate, and unappreciative of their hard work and advice. Wear your mask when you go there, they will not service your vehicle if you do not have one. Also the entrance is not the one thats right off of the main road when you turn off of it, the entrance is the other one thats right around the corner in front of the building so please make their lives a little less stressful and go through the entrance and not the exit. They are also not equipped with the right tools and appliances to do break jobs so if you need that service done than youll have to go somewhere else. Now remember, they are there to do their jobs and keep your cars on the road so be nice and appreciate everything that they do for you because without them, your cars probably wouldnt be on the road and youd be spending big bucks at an auto mechanics shop that might not know everything that they are doing and or knows what their doing but yet chooses to mess things up anyways so youll have to go back and spend more money for their mess ups. Their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend anyone needing services done on their vehicles to go here where youre greeted with a smiling face and they will have you leaving with one on yours too.

When I pulled up the gentleman yelled at me for not having my mascon I was in my own vehicle and he was not close to me at all. Then when I pulled in they asked if I wanted my air filter change I politely declined and said no my husband can do it. They then asked me if I wanted my coolant topped off “Or will your husband be doing that too”. I found the remark to be extremely rude and their customer service was unprofessional. I understand wearing a mask but I was in my vehicle had he asked politely but I’ve had no issues. When I looked around half of the employees were not wearing their masks correctly. And the gentleman in the car next to me did not have his mask on. But they made sure I had my mask on or they would not serve me. I will never come here again

My most recent visit to the Port Townsend Jiffy Lube was in January 2020. Ive been going to them for oil changes since I arrived in 2017. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. They tell me it will take longer than it actually does so Im happy when its done. They dont pressure me into purchasing extra services. I will continue to use them for my oil changes.

Ive been getting oil changes here for years and am very happy with the service but especially impressed with the way they relate to me. I never feel pressured into adding a bunch of things to the order and all the gentlemen there are old school polite to me, opening doors, being kind and respectful. The place is clean, the magazines in the lobby current enough, and they are fast.
