AutoWorks is an honest operation that provides quality service! They performed a diverse amount of work on my classic car. Do you know how difficult it is to find decent mechanics who will touch classic vehicles nowadays? I was updated at every step of the process before they moved forward to the next task. The staff is courteous and professional. I will most definitely be a returning customer!

These guys are so helpful and provide such good service. I have a Fixd device, which I always use before I get car service, so I call verify that the mechanics are being honest wth me. They told me the issue was exactly what the device said and nothing more. The part price was also what the device said it should be.

I used Autoworks while I lived in the area. Travis and Taran were always courteous and professional. They were great at communicating what my car needed and breaking down costs. I didnt interact as much with the others, but the work speaks for itself when your car is reliably more sound after a visit. You and your vehicle will be in good hands there.

Fantastic information and service

First time customers couldnt have been more impressed. Had our car towed to AutoWorks, took it and fixed exactly on the schedule/budget outlined. We received daily updates and though clearly busy everyone we talked to was ridiculously nice. Could not have asked for more. Theyre busy for a reason, worth the wait.

Heres the deal. I love this place. They are great mechanics, fair and honest. The problem, everyone else loves them too. I couldnt wait a week and a half to get the starter on my wifes van fixed and had to go somewhere else.

These people were the worst! I took my car there with a gas leak and was told I would have to wait 3 weeks. They finally gave me a loaner, but they asked for it back before they had even looked at my car. When they finally looked at it, I was told nothing was wrong with it, but in trusted myself and didn’t believe them because of the strong intermittent gas smell. I took my car to Gary’s Automotive, and the next morning Gary’s said the gas was leaking like a sieve and that it was extremely dangerous to drive. Gary’s fixed the leak exactly where I thought it was, and it has been fine ever since. Not only did they not fix the car, but they were rude and disrespectful to me. Giving them one star is generous!

As always, I was treated with great customer service and consideration. More important even than how I felt as a customer of Autoworks: They fixed my car in a very timely way, found a way to save me some money, and vacuumed the interior, which really needed it. Thank You AutoWorks!

The team at Autowerks always goes above and beyond. Theyre thorough, precise, and nice guys. I could get my car worked on much closer to home, but its worth it to go the extra miles for a shop that goes the extra mile for me.

They are thorough in their diagnosis of problems, open about discussing the solution(s), and carefully explain the procedures and what they will cost. I find them to be totally honest and dependable, and have recommended them to friends several times.

I would not recommend this place. I bought a car from the owner and I had the owner and mechanic tell me it was fine. After driving it for a few days, I noticed something was wrong. I took the car back to them and asked if the transmission was ok. A mechanic took it back for 15 minutes and told me that everything looked fine. A few weeks later and a second opinion, the transmission was going out and the cost to repair is more than the cars worth. They were very dishonest with me when I took the car back to them to asked about the transmission. I will not be wasting any more money or time at this establishment.

I was very happy and the staff took there time to figure out what was wrong with my Lexus....TaranCalled me to update me and finally they found the problem fixed it and the greatest surprise was I received a 10% Discount as a senior.... trust me on a fixed income that was a big deal for a 1749.79 bill.Would recommend Autoworks but call for appt they are so booked it took me almost 2 weeks.

They replaced the serpentine belt on my Mercedes SUV, and it later failed due to their work. I had to pay them full price again.

I was told that my Expedition needed $700.00+ work on the front end. In fact, I was told that I shouldnt drive it very long or a wheel may collapse. I went somewhere else to get a second opinion and found out that the problem was relatively minor and it was fixed for $300.00. They also wanted to charge me $500.00+ to change the fluids in my Ford Ranger. Only after complaining did they finally reduce the bill to $230.00, even that was too much. Granted I should have gotten a pre-work estimate like I did for the Expedition--my mistake. These people are very friendly but I would suggest that you go somewhere else for auto work.

As usual, Taran, Travis, and team were great, . They called to remind us, got the job done on time, and gave us good advice for another upcoming repair. Well be back.

Friendly, reasonably priced, reliable and exceptionally knowledgeable, these folks are not only helpful and good natured, they can help a non-mechanically-minded person understand why there is a problem-- or why some things are not a problem-- and save you money, or help you spend it wisely when you must.
