My car had been taken to Valvoline by the previous owner. So I decided, my first oil change as the new owner, I’ll keep it the same.. I asked for a regular oil change. I get charged roughly $80.Takes them over 30 minutes to get it done and in the process they kept trying to add up more and more services and expenses.As I begin to drive later in the day, I notice a burning smell. I pop the hood open to see what it was and I see that they left my car’s oil cap loose. Lack of professionalism and worse yet, can ruin someone’s car. I DO NOT recommend this place.

My son went in for an oil change a few weeks ago and they ended up charging him 200$ and took advantage of him. Outrageous price for an oil change. He ended up going back yesterday for a quick inspection because Mad dogs, right around the corner and much better people and service, wasnt available for a little bit to help. Valvoline said the only way they would do an inspection was if we bought new windshield wipers from them. Seriously? that must be a joke who would constantly try and take advantage of a high schooler. I am sure he was not the only person to fall for their tricks. I would not recommend to anyone looking for good service. Go to Mad Dogs right around the corner

Products,at awesome, I always stop at this shop to do my oil change.All the guys working there are very friendly expect the MANAGER(Blonde guy)have to be more professional carrying your MANAGER name.Months ago they have a Manager name Jesus,that guy was awesome.

The Assistant Manager was very helpful and nice gentleman and they did good service for the car. It needed oil change.

I went in for an oil change and came out with an oil change and many other things. Although they always find many things that are necessary to be done, I dont usually do it. This time, I knew they were needed, so I said yes. For each item, I specifically asked the price. What was supposed to be a $20 charge for steering fluid ended up being $89 becasue they added the service. I had okd the service, after asking how much, and he had said $20.I called when I got home and checked my emailed receipt. They said sorry about that but its too late now, the service is done.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Ive had some not-so-good experiences at other similar places, but this one was great. Will definitely go back next time.

I went to this Valvoline yesterday at around 420PM. I was immediately met outside by a friendly employee, Javier I believe, who told me that on top of the oil change they check tire pressure, fluids and air filter and asked me if that was ok for them to do, to which I agreed. Long story short, I was in and out of that place in about 30 minutes and thats WITH someone else in front of me. I got my oil changed, air filter replaced and wiper blades replaced for $98, which doesnt seem bad to me. Great service, I highly recommend.

These guys are really good. Never a wait and if there was its in my opinion reasonable. When you factor the price you pay compared to a dealer its worth it.

No appointment necessary. Got in and out in just a few minutes. I usually change my own oil, but for some reason I could not remove my filter. So I went to this place where I used to go when I was younger and did not know how to change oil yet. The price is reasonable and the staff are very friendly and well knowledged. They explained the things they did and told me the things that they recommend doing but not really needed (a way to upsell but they dont really push you to get it done). Overall a good experience with this place.

Way too busy to take care of a customer. Stereotype oil change place. But tried to do one state inspection and Oil change few times during last two weeks... Every time I went there ... The estimated avarage wait time was 90 min. That is unexpected from a quick oil change place. Good luck to them for their customer flow.. but there are many Valvoline shop in nearby towns where a 15-20 min drive can save my valuable time.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! This place caused $500 worth of DAMAGES to my vehicle then refused to pay for it because I didnt take it to them before having the repairs done. Of course I didnt! You messed up my car! Why would I ever let you touch it again!? I asked for a reimbursement for the repairs done by the dealership and they refused! Do NOT take your car here!

5 stars, great frienddly service, good workmanship, competitive priced, accepts coupons, quick through service, manager knows cars and is sometimes able to perform minor repairs while your car is being serviced. Been going there for years. Highly recommend.

Fast and courteous service, they honored my Groupon and recommended other necessary services with additional discounts. I have come here several times and am always treated with the same level of professional consideration.

I was here for 30 minutes with only 1 car in front of me in line. After getting impatient, I went inside to see why there was three bays and only ONE car inside with 4 workers standing around laughing. Hire better employees who actually do their job and you wont lose monthly customers like myself.

Unprofessional management. My last visit I decide to change the wiper blades, one of the employers break the arm that hold the wiper blade (thats fine, accidents happen) my complaint is took more than a week to order the part to be replaced. I call the dealer they can order the part and install in 2 days. Im not coming back to Port Chester store.

Very dishonest practice but cheap. Would not come backI came here with a Groupon discount about 5 months ago. I have a late 2000s Toyota and it had OEM valve drain (I know cause I was at the dealership when it was put in). I took it back to the dealership just last week and this was replaced with an aftermarket one - so basically the Valvoline associates switched it out. The guy at the dealership pointed it out to me.I remember the the drain plug cause it was brand new when they put it in (it was chrome and stood out and when I asked, the dealership guy specifically explained to me) and now its been replaced with this old rusty oneThe OEM one only costs 5 bucks so its not a big financial deal, but a service shop that switches parts off? You got to be kidding me

DO NOT GO THERE, I RECENTLY HAD MY OIL CHANGED AT A NEW LOCATION. THE MECHANIC SHOWED ME MY FILTER HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED SINCE JANUARY. IVE BEEN TO THAT PLACE 2X SINCE JANUARY 4 AN OIL CHANGE. WHICH MEANS THEY LET LEFT THE OLD FILTER ON MY CAR WHICH MAY HAVE DAMAGED MY ENGINE..

They always try to upsell you on Services that you dont need my car had 10 thousand miles on it they told me I needed to rotate my tires I had just done it at 7500 miles like the owners manual calls for they said it was factory recommended for a few of 34.95 when I said no thanks they have Me and attitude.

Just visited this location. Service person told me that that the manufacturer required that the car have synthetic oil. The manual for the car does not specify synthetic and a call to a local dealer confirmed that. He wanted me to sign a waiver saying that I was disregarding the manufacturers requirements. Will not return to this location.
