I highly recommend Hank May Goodyear. I recently brought my Ford Escape in for tire issue and wheel alignment. Mike, Mike and the staff were amazing. They got my vehicle in on time and had it back in great time. Mike explained the work that was done in specific detail. Great place!

I realize some people may think my comment is fabricated compared to many positive reviews but that is not so. I have been getting emission tests for the past 12 years in various facilities. This place gave me a failed inspection because my “lug nuts” werent secured enough but the actual emission passed. So still had to pay but left with nothing. This is theft in the open! I called them out on it, but didnt matter. I hope they lose clientele and people see what they are all about. Trully a bad place on top that they were disrespectful to me and the wait was over an hour for this.

Found this place randomly online and it had really great reviews. Decided to try them out and I was not disappointed. Really honest guys. I’ve gone to them for all my tire needs and they’ve always done a great job. Last time I went to get my tires aligned, it turned out that one of my tires had a nail in it. If they hadn’t told me, who knows how long it would have been until I saw it. They also move quick. They won’t keep you waiting like some other places I’ve been to. Super professional as well.

We have used Hank May’s Goodyear in Port Chester for many years for all our tire and servicing needs. The staff are friendly and expert. Their pricing is fair and they stand behind their work. Early bird drop off or wait in a comfortable area.

I came in for a simple tire patch, I waited for over an hour and a half. Customers came in after me, there car was serviced and left before I did. Though I was there before them my car for some reason was attended to last; I won’t speculate as to why. In the future I will not be recommending Hank Mays or going back to any Hank Mays location.

You always get a greeting when you arrive. Mike was very busy but polite. He informed me that there would be at least a half hour wait. Within 20 minutes I was out the door. Great service!

This is a good place to take your car for any service that they offer, and they seem to be honest guys. I have been going here for years and the same employees are still there, which says something positive about the way the place is run. They are very accurate and honest about how long things will take, and whether or not you need certain things done. Sometimes when you walk in they look at you like you’re pissing them off for no reason, but that’s just the New York in them – they’re actually friendly guys haha.

Pleasantly surprised at how fast this visit was for a rattling sound from something that fell apart and was dangling on my old car. It was a quick temporary fix (which is all I wanted, this car is going byebye soon) and he even fixed the tire pressure. All for.........$0! Been here about 4 times to get either new tires, alignment, etc. They know tires! They always come through for me in a pinch. The last time we were going away and needed new tires and they managed to get everything done for us - Otherwise we would have had to rent a family truckster.Today my tire had a bubble, they replaced it and also rotated my tires and did an alignment. The place was slammed and they came through again. Reasonable, high quality work, very reliable, and nice guys. If you need to get tires, this is the place!

Had a flat on the sorry excuse of an interstate known as I95 and they saved my bacon! The pot hole i hit broke my wheel and did a bunch of damage to my tire rods and rack and pinion. These guys fixed it and my car drives as good as before. Thanks guys!

I ordered some snow tires from Tirerack and use these guys as my installer. No hassle, helpful staff.I got a call when my tires arrived and came in the next day to have them installed. Took about an hour for them to mount all 4 new tires.
