This was my first time getting acrylic nails, so I was pretty nervous. Online, their work looked great so I went in, got a price list and booked my appointment. I showed up a bit early (like 30 mins) and they took me right away :) everything was clean and professional, the prices were amazing, and my nails look great! I cant wait to go back.

Son this place is straight garbage. I thought maybe coming to their new spot since they moved would be ideal. I paid 60$ for a gel mani and regular pedi. The lady that did my toes straight just didn’t try. I was better off doing them myself at home. & on top of that she was rude from the beginning.

Heard about this place from a barber friend of mine. Finally decided to try since I work only 3 mins away. Walked in and my 1st impression was that it was a clean and quiet environment...Perfect, no loud mouths or dust bunnies all over the place. I was greeted by Kevin with whom I had an appointment. I got gel fill and a full gel manicure. He was quick, but he was very neat and shaped my nails exactly how I like them. I found my new manicure spot 😊 Let me just say too the lady who did my pedicure, Mai - was absolutely wonderful.

Got this place recommend by a friend(her nails look awesome). My first 2 visits were really disappointing and I would have given this place a bad review because I felt they werent listening to what I want done with my nails. But I kept going and finally found a person no makes my nails look awesome. Now Im always calling to make sure this person is available. The prices are good and Im glad I came again.

I love Kevin nails. I have kelly do my nails n my daughter n my daughter in-law n I also recommend friends. Kelly does Amazing designs. She also does my eyelashes n are Amazing. You guys out there try Kevin nails n see for yourself n pricing is Amazing. I used to do my nails at bobos n Tiffany nails n this other place in town n would get charged $120.00 n more n if you needed a refill it was $80.00 bucks which was ridiculous n the job was awful n my nails n color would chip or the acrylic would bubble. When I would go back I would get an attitude. But at Kevin’s I had no problems at all n they are wonderful.

I go here cause of Jenny! Shes my favorite manicurist and Charlie is the best at dip acrylic. The shop is clean and the staff are very knowledgeable. The services provided are nothing different but the personal experience you get is why this place is always busy. Highly recommend

Dont listen to any of these bad reviews Kevin is extremely nice I make my appointments with him and my mom comes with me to see Kelly. We are never disappointed! They are extremely friendly, i went in to get a nail fixed and they done it without a problem! Best place in Port Chester to get your nails done.

I have been going to Kevins, for over 10 yrs. I can’t say I had any real issues here. If your not happy? Just let them know they will fix it. I’ve tried for one year, other places. I keep coming back to Kevins. One happy customer!

I been going to Kevins since I was a teenager. Kelly told me that they were going to charge me $88 and they charged me $105. They lost a customer today.

This is my first bad review and if I can help people with it why no.The staff is rude, no welcoming at all, knowing that you are paying for a service.DENISSE, was the person who made my nails and I’m really disappointed with her job, she was rushing the whole process and doing a mediocre job, some of my nails have color just in half of the nail and since is a gel manicure it would last for at least 2 weeks and is already looking like a week old manicure.

So so bad, now I remember why I stopped coming. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and my daughter got a color change on her nails and kids pedicure. I couldve done a better job on her nails than what they did. Her nails werent fully covered with the polish and just a very sloppy job. When I asked for them to fix it, the lady did it with a bad attitude. The polish on my nails was not smooth and looked rushed and definitely not worth what I paid. So annoyed and disappointed. NEVER coming back.

The person who did my nails was Tam. I went to him on a Saturday morning I was not pleased with the job but I paid and gave him a tip.5 days later one nail broke I went in to get it fix. I told the owner Kevin and I told Tam just fix the broke nail. Tam started taking the Gel polish off my nails. I stated again just the broke one he said yes He know. But he continued with what he was doing.I thought maybe he wanted to re polish them all which was not a problem. Ill pay for a fix and polish. But this man tried to charge me for a fill in a fix a cut down and gel polish. And when I tried to get Kevin involved he wantsd to act as if he has nothing to do with it. I ended up paying $18.00 For a $5.00 job. But my problem is not the money, its the fact that he did not understand me and because he messed up his pride took over and he treated me very rude. There are way too many nail spas for me to put up with that. I will not go back there, nor will I srnd anymore of my friends there.

I’ve been going here for 16 years and never had a problem if you want your nails done only by one person then make an appointment there very resonable with scheduling and even when you’re a walk in they take you quickly if they don’t have anyone they do any design and color you ask for. highly recommended

Kevin the owner is absolutely horrible lazy rude smart mouth and i can’t find any more words to describe the nasty person he is. Never in my life have I encountered a person like this. Not only that they say they do SNS but they don’t have any colors. He went on to say that I had to do gel on top of it and charge me $55. I said that’s absurd and at that moment I was soaking my hands already so he charged me $15. When I was paying with my American Express he said we don’t take American Express, so he ended up charging me $20. I intended to charge it on my Amex so I can dispute it and he won’t get any of my money but holy Jesus if I could give him 0 stars I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NO MATTER HOW CLOSE IT IS .

I have been to nail salons all over the world and this is by far the worst nail salon i have ever been to. He cut my nails all the way off after I told him 3 times not to the when I was like I told you not to he offered to put fake nails even after I told him no twice cuz I work with babies we cant have fake nails. I assume cutting off my nails was his way of trying to sell me nails then after that he flattened out what was left of my nails and they were completely mangled and uneven I asked him to straighten and round them I was left with absolutely nothing my nails looked like I had bitten them down to nubs then he chopped at my cuticles as if he was a butcher. 3 different bleeding fingers (I am a nurse this opens me up to infection) I took pictures of my bleeding cuticles while getting my toes done with the man who did it in the background for proof then the feet... he was so mean (I assumed on purpose at this point) that I cried out in pain. I am actually considering thinking of contacting a lawyer and truthfully this is only the second bad review I have ever written in my entire 47 years if I could give negative stars I would

Worst customer service in the area! The owner is extremely rude and has zero professionalism! Very disappointing! The only reason this place gets one star is because there is no option for zero star! If you are spending money the least a business can do is treat you with respect and they have no concept of what that word means! Spend your time and money somewhere else!

Never going back.I got acrylic. Didn’t last more than a week. My sister got gel and it chipped off a hour later getting them done. I don’t recommend.

I went there to see if they use the color powder gel, kevin barely wanted to open his mouth to speak. I use to go in there all the time, but now hes acting new I dont have time for that I told him I have to soak off and his customer was saying what it was he finally caught on and was going to charge me $65.00 not happening. Their technique is old and the still airbrush urgh! They need education on how to do new techniques. I now go and love Q nails in south norwalk the charge $35.00 and eyebrows are 5.

Horrible customer service. I was gonna be in a wedding they messed up my nails so badly they were all crooked and uneven. I couldnt believe it. I asked them to fix it nicely, and they gave me a really hard time as if I did something wrong. DONT GO HERE TRUST ME

Very rude, broke serval of my real nails and told me I had to pay for the nail removal.

When the owner isn’t there the workers charge more sent my wife in to fix a nail which is 5dollars cause she called the day before, next day came In and It’s 8 dollars🙄

One of the worst nails salon in Port Chester. They messed up my nails 3 times and on top of them messing up they over charged me. Plus there attitude sucks. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
