Ruined my boyfriend’s birthday! Sent me a limo that did not even work properly. We spent a half an hour trying to fix the radio before we even pulled off. I had to walk around the corner to my limo, broken champagne glasses ! Never again! Two stars only because My driver was so sweet and helpful but the limo was garbage.

Christian coordinated my wedding transportation, two stretch limousines, to perfection! Drivers were early (thank GOD) and were well prepared. Cars were clean and in great condition.My thanks go out to everyone at NYC Private Limo for a job well done...

This limo service is the greatest service I have ever used in NYC. They picked my Grandchildren and myself up from JFK and returned us there few days later. Not only are they on-time, but they communicate with you from the start of your reservation and trip, they are efficient, and every thing they promise, they deliver ...and more. The driver loved the children, even after they accidently sent him a picture of their antics in the back of the limo. (just crawling on the floor acting like a cat!) He simply responded to them nice. The kids were thrilled and were very happy to have the same driver take us back to JFK. I was skeptical of the one price includes all, but that is exactly what it was. So, no surprises and very refreshing for companies to keep their word. Keep up the good work NYC Private Limo, you will have my business always! Oh! the stretch was superb!

I needed a ride from John F. Kennedy Airport to Midtown Manhattan NY. For my wife and my 4 children. I called to reserve pickup service and christian made everything so easy and helpful. He recommend booking a Stretch Limousine to surprise the kids. Their all inclusive price was cheaper than a yellow taxi. My driver Patricio, texted me the night before to confirm my pickup.The Stretch Limo that I was picked up in was nice and comfortable, and the trip went smoothly.
