Gerti was super helpful, communicative and very responsive. Definitely made a bride feel at ease! Omar was our driver on the day of. He was prompt for both pick ups, and was extremely nice. Red Oak Transportation (Steve) was very responsive leading up to my wedding. I had booked a limousine, van, and sedan for my wedding, only to have to shift my ceremony location and thus only needed the van. Red Oak was flexible and allowed me to apply my deposit for the three vehicles to the one that I would need. They were great at scheduling the stops, which were the train station, hotel, and venue, and then running back and forth.On the day of, the driver, Juan, was on time and attentive, and the shuttle van, which I took back to the hotel, was very clean. Great option for wedding and special event transportation.

We booked Red Oak Transportation back in 2019 when our wedding was originally scheduled for May 2020. We postponed it to May 2021 and fortunately Red Oak was still available with the two 38-passenger buses. I worked with Steve and he was extremely responsive and flexible to our constant changes. The two buses made multiple trips from the hotel to the venue to get our guests to our ceremony and had multiple return shuttle runs. Both, Oscar and Pablo, were very professional and accommodating. They arrived early and were ready to take on the first shuttle immediately. The buses were spotless and roomy. All around a great experience for our wedding.

I needed a car to take a passenger to Canada. Because of Covid, no rental cars were allowing international travel, and most car services said the same. Red Oak Transportation went above and beyond my expectations in getting this passenger back to Canada. They ensured that the passengers were safe, the owner personally called the border crossing to ask about covid protocols, and helped us find a location to take a PCR test which is mandatory to go into Canada. We will definitely be using Red Oak Transportation in the future. I had no concerns about this trip, and felt very taken care of throughout the process.

Needed an SUV to pickup my pregnant wife, my dog and I from JFK. I didn’t want to deal with an Uber/yellow cab (especially given COVID) and needed to ensure we had a large enough vehicle for all our checked bags. Red Oak was fantastic and made the whole experience a breeze. Pablo was extremely helpful and met me at baggage claim with a cart for all the luggage. SUV was brand new, very spacious and very well cleaned. Appreciated that the driver was wearing a mask/gloves, they had put up a plastic partition inside the car and gave us both hand sanitizer/water. Again, great experience and really enjoyed the peace of mind they provided. Definitely recommend.

We used Red Oak for our rehearsal dinner and Wedding! Steve helped coordinate multiple buses/trips and services. I can’t say enough good things. We had all the contact information for the Drivers and received a text when they had arrived. It was flawless and made orchestrating so many people so easy. I needed a safe way to get my son to sleep away camp as there were no camp buses this year due to covid. I did not want to drive for three hours only to turn around and drive back home. Red Oak sent a beautiful new SUV with a covid tested driver to my door and son was riding comfortably to sleep away camp. They were so incredibly professional. I had the name of the driver in advance and information regarding his covid negative test results. I will definitely use them again for safe transport.

Edgar was over the top ...He cared about my needs...He wanted to make sure I was looked after well...He was my private chauffeur for a surgery at Mt Sinai ....He looked great on his black suit...He opened and closed the door for me when need it... He was focusing on the roads at all time....He was right there for my pick up...I recommend Edgar for trips to & from medical facilities...!!!

Very reliable and professional drivers. I have used them almost exclusively for several years now. They have excellent vehicles and their drivers are always well dressed. They typically arrive fifteen minutes prior to scheduled time. If you need to send them to pick up friends, colleagues or clients, you can trust they are in good hands. I use them for all of my airport transfers (HPN/ERW/JFK) as well as business excursions into NYC. I’m grateful that a car service like this still exists since the influx of ride sharing services.
