Damex Restoration does an amazing job at keeping our agency insured’s well taken care of in circumstances that at times can be overwhelming. Damex, unfortunately for us, has been called out 3 times to our home for water damage- one very extreme case! I cannot say enough about how wonderful their team was at all hours of the day! They were right on top of checking all things and continuing to monitor. It is a stressful situation when your home has fans and dehumidifiers in the home, but they made the experience much more tolerable! I hope to not use them again but if needed they are my first call!

Water emergencies can be really terrible. I made 2 calls, insurance company and Damex. OMG, they are the best! I was out of town at the time my condo flooded. The response was great.The communication, the dryout, the people that replaced the ceiling, flooring, cabinets and counter top did an awesome job. It was an opportunity to work with people that care. I will always use Damex for any emergency at my home.

In August, a pipeline broke in an adjacent apartment and flooded our apartment, causing damage to kitchen cabinets and walls. Our insurance contracted with DAMEX for the restoration. DAMEX INSTALLED NEW KITCHEN CABINETS, fixed the walls and painted walls in the kitchen and main living area. There was some delay due to new kitchen cabinets had to be built. About October 14, they were able to start the restoration. It took about a week to complete the work. DAMEX did an outstanding job and our apartment looks better than when we bought it in 2014. We think that nobody could have done a better job and are exceptionally pleased with the results.

The 5 stars relate only to the initial flood clean up. Our insurance company highly recommends Damex for the repair work, too, but we havent gotten there yet. However, we can vouch for their prompt response to getting the cleanup process going, and their communications are very good. They arrive when they say they will (every day initially to check on the drying progress). We found Robert to be professional and thorough.

I am not to happy with this restoration company. I would prefer to use another company if something like this happens again. Very unprofessional, showing up at the drop of a dime, with lack of communication . Try to pursue us to pay out of pocket and us deal with recovering funds from the insurance company later. Very slow service. My house was in shambles for weeks, with very little communication.
