We came home from a trip to find water running down our driveway. We called our plumber for help and they recommended United. They were in our house 15 minutes after I called. Within a few hours, all water was vacuumed up and dying fans and dehumidifiers were in place. We appreciated their prompt service.

I had a pipe break in my floor. The insurance sent out United Water Restoration. Frank came out and Jerry also. They had their equipment in my house for over two weeks and monitored it daily. He went to work immediately preventing further damage. He gave us insight into the whole process of what was going to happen next in restoring our home. He was professional yet had the compassion of a friend or family member. He came to our house daily checking on everything with the dehumidifiers, fans and humidity levels. My experience with United Water Restoration Group was phenomenal. I was most impressed with Jeremy Rogers. From the moment he walked in to my home he was professional and courteous. But what really impressed me about Jeremy Rogers was his customer service to me. He first assessed the situation but communicated to me as he was assessing the situation then explain to me what he was going to do and why. As things came up as he got into things a little bit deeper he showed me things and explain what the next steps to fix that situation would be. He let me know what would be happening for the next few days and how the process works with the insurance company. He was extremely knowledgeable at what he was doing and very patient with me when I had many questions. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I used United Water Restoration in Port Charlotte to deal with the damage from a water leak we had. I can’t say enough good things about this company. It was a little confusing when I called the phone number and talked to the corporate office because I wanted to use a local company. They assured me that I would talk to the local office and within 10 minutes Frank (the salesman) called me, and within 2 hours he was at the house assessing the damage. By evening I had humidifiers and blowers set up. Frank and John (the tech) were so responsive. I’m so glad I called because there was water damage that I wasn’t aware of and if left untreated I would have had a mold problem. John removed base boards, bathroom vanity, etc. and vacuumed up the mess!! The best part of all was that they dealt directly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend this company if you have a water problem.

Sewage backup in both bathrooms was properly remediated with an antifungal areas were done with care and precision and the service rep had a good attitude thanks to duane peterson
