The trucks looked up to date in really good shape many sizes to choose from. However I didnt use them, but walked by as I entered the Home depot in PT. Charlotte.

Decent customer service and friendly staff.

Truck had low miles but dirty. I had to sweep out the truck and wash the windows after pickup! I had issues with the car haulers ball lock that seemed not to matter to the rental agent. This rental did not start well considering I spent almost an hour waiting while the agent looked for the key to unlock the car hauler ball lock.The agent at the drop off location would not receive the car hauler despite being my assigned drop off point. This forced me to drive another 45 minutes to a location to drop off the car hauler. The following day the same situation occured with the moving truck.In some regards service was very good. The phone agents were understanding being flexible with my changing departure date. However there were to many issues that penske needs to address...3 stars was a generous rating. They will have another chance to upgrade but I will remove the car hauler from this rentalI used Penske once in September once again renting a 16 truck for a long move.This time everything went smoothly with no pickup nor dropoff issues. The truck ran great. All the personnel within this company are pleasant and try very hard to accommodate the customer. This trip was the experience I expected.Solid 4 rating now

This was a Home Depot rental, deducted $150 from my account the next day, waited 4 days to my account adjusted to $130. I rented the truck for 40 mins never had this happen before after renting twice. Will not rent again

Reserved cargo van. Got 16 foot box truck instead. Cab of truck was not clean, never mind sanitized.
