I needed an emergency move and everything place was closed. Tony and Alex ar this location were the most helpful even staying open past the posted time to help reserve my truck and dolly. Absolutely the nicest people I have ever encountered at any storage or Uhaul Dealer. Im overwhelmed and so pleased I was able to getheir service and guarantee of my needed service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! GO NO PLACE OTHER IF YOU NEED STORAGE OR UHAUL THEY WILL HAVE IT FOR YOU. WOW. Just absoliyely impressed. Thank you so much guys!!!

Terrible, 2nd time I have reserved a truck and it has not been available. Had to go to another place and rent it 30 minutes away

Great facility with phenomenal staff! This is a happy place! I checked out many facilities and determined this was the best price, best facility, and best overall management. Lourdes initially showed us around. She was so nice and happy, I thought it was fluke. Then I booked a unit with Gina. Gina was happy, knowledgeable, and professional. Clean units, cold air, easy to load, and great staff. Not only that, Gina made it clear this is a Mom and Pop business and they pride themselves on personal care. This kind of service is a dying breed!

We looked at other storage facilities and we were most impressed with American Value Self Storage. They are very helpful and professional. We like the fact that the building is kept at 75 degrees at all times and it is very clean. Also, there is always someone there during their office hours. I would recommend highly recommend them.

My experience with Charlotte Harbor Value Storage has been very positive. The folks at the desk are friendly and helpful, the hours of operation are generous, the parking is easy, the building is always clean, it is maintained at an appropriate temperature and humidity, and units are reasonably priced. From season to season, I know that my belongings are in good hands at this facility.

Used it once. be careful of their insurance, does not cover damages unless you are really involved in accident and get a police report.if your stuff damages just on bumpy roads they will refuse to cover you.

I used their Uhaul service. Rented a van for the day everything was in order. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and my car was on camera for peace of mind while I did my moving. Would rent from them again. Price is uhaul pricing which is done online they are just the pick up location. Would rent from them again.
