I have had a few different occasions to do business with the friendly staff at Precise Diamonds, but when I asked them to create a custom piece for me, I had to let everyone know what an amazing job they did for me. Its a gold poker card protector with a version of Atlas holding up an Alaskan river nugget that I inherited from my father. He had it turned into a gaudy belt buckle that nobody would ever wear. Now its a true piece of art!

Personal and professional! I wanted a pendant created from my late husbands ring, my wedding rings, and another sentimental ring of mine. After a friendly discussion and brainstorming together we had a draft on paper. The pendant was created quicker than promised and was beyond anything I could picture. I dropped of a Valentines Day ring my husband bought me to be sized and they called me back the next day telling me it was done. The ring fit perfect and was polished and gorgeous! This place is wonderful! A stone fell out of one of my sentimental rings. The jeweler was able to fix it as well as rebuild all the prongs to ensure that wouldnt happen again. He even polished it so when I came to pick it up, it looked better than new. I was thrilled. Will definitely be back. They have various unique and beautiful rings you wont find anywhere else.

Charley and Kristina are great very knowledgeable people and most importantly honest. Charley is a true craftsman and makes some stunning jewelry. Recently I brought in a diamond that was my grandmothers in to have it used for for a center stone for an engagement ring i had picked out at Precise Diamonds that Charley had already designed. Absolutely amazing customer service. Made me feel like family friends. I broke my necklace and they designed a beautiful necklace out of my broke bracelet and pendant while saving me hundreds of dollars. It came out beautiful. Very unique piece hand crafted. They worked with me every step of the way explaining how it would look and it was done the very next day! Usually you have to wait weeks for that at any other jeweler. I cant express how appreciative I am and they have a customer for life! Thank you!

They did an amazing job! I have an old ring passed down from my husbands great grandmother. I was nervous about bringing it anywhere. They resized it, and made it look brand new! They did it in house, no sending it out and it was reasonably priced and done over the weekend. I am in love with my ring!

I cannot say enough positive things about this business. After two really bad experiences with online companies trying to purchase a wedding band for my fiancé I went to Precise Diamonds. I wish I had known about them sooner.My wedding is in 16 days and they worked tirelessly with me to find a band I knew he would like and that would be ready in time for the wedding. I purchased a ring on 9/24 and it was ready the next day! Very pleased with the service and outstanding quality. I will be a customer for life!

My wife needed her wedding ring resized. Were new to this area. I had to find someone I would trust with a large diamond to do the work. Couldnt have made a better choice. This family owned and operated business did a first class job. They were delightful and very accommodating. The work was finished the same day at a price I thought was well worth the money. They dont send jewelry out for repair. Charlie, a co-owner, designs, creates and repairs fine jewelry right there on site. Christine the other co-owner, operates the retail side and is fun, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They are in a new location in North Port moving from where they had a store near Best Buy for 16 years. I highly recommend them.

Meet the owners when you visit, not some high commission sales person who could care less about your special event like an engagement, anniversary or whatever the special event is. They take the time to educate you as a consumer so you don’t fall for lesser quality elsewhere. From sizing to delivery, the service and quality was second to none. We have found our lifetime jeweler.

To start, I came to Precise Diamonds in 2014 with my cherished fathers wedding ring, I wanted to have it made into a new wedding ring for my husband. BIG MISTAKE. I ended up taking my new set to Precise Diamonds to have them fix, and re-set my wedding rings. NOPE ! CAUTION !!I took my engagement ring in to ask about fixing one of the prongs and right off the bat she said i needed a whole new crown ..... $ 298I left With my ring because something just didnt feel right .Today I took it else where figuring i was going to have to get a new crown and see how much it would cost me...... IT DONT NEED A NEW CROWN IT ONLY NEEDS A PRONG !!!! $37.45BEWARE OF THIS STORE... PERIOD !!!!

When I walk into a jewlery store, I would expect the jewlers to be trustworthy and professional . I didnt have this feeling at all judging by the way they did business with me . They are definitely not American .. either Persian or Iranian . They have a very rude, aggressive demeanor ( especially the wife ) and I couldnt wait to leave the store ! No thank you ! I highly recommended you find another jewler .
