There customer service is awful they like to call woman men. I hate going in here it takes so long

Terrible shame. This store used to be so good and the people so helpful. Now when my wife and I walked in we were greeted by the woman behind the counter (who was visibly bothered by our presence) with a cold & short “hi” that came off so incredibly rude that we immediately turned around and walked out; opting instead to travel up to another location in North Port. Go if you want but I surely won’t be back.

Great when buying but when you need to send something out, picking up or cleaning they are the rudest.

Had a good selection. Good prices, great staff.

I got a ring from my wife she paid for it and i went to get sized and they could not do it to get my money back and are giving me run around say thay dont have that much i piad cash i wo t cash very shady to .me

Ignored by staff today I am pretty sure it was because there were Men there who looked like they had money to spend. So did I. Men got all the attention. Totally sexist. Bad move. They lost money.

Warning. Proceed with Caution. Don’t buy extended warranty. I’ve bought so many items from this store ie wedding bands, engagement ring, watches, gold chains, charms you name it. The funny thing is they won’t fix things after you’ve bought the warranty. Currently the front of the store, the sales portion, is selling merchandise and collecting your money but if something goes wrong they’re telling me the repair facility is closed until further notice. Can you imagine buying a car with a warranty, having an issue, take it back to the same location just to tell you there’s nothing they can do to fix it? Going on 4 months now. Never buying here again.

The male manager is amazing and so is the lady who helps my boyfriend when he goes there to buy me jewelry. I love my bracelet and necklace from there and cant wait till I get my engagement ring!!! They do a great job staying true to the lifetime warranty. Definitely recommend this location. Id give 10 stars if I could.

The staff here was so helpful when my Fiancee and I went shopping for rings. I was able to send signals to them and they received each one. They put the ring aside and she never knew it happened.

The jewelers are friendly and informative. They truly know their trade. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honesty and and quality.

Do not do any sort of layaway with this store.Took the full payment on my card instead of the kay card and refused to refund it.(Bank card can no longer be accessed)Refunds it to the closed bank account. Will not give the nwcklace over without a payment. Now im out $274 and a necklace for christmas.

Reasonable prices. They stand by their product; if something happens to your jewelry, lost stone etc., they make it right.

After a slightly unpleasant first experience, the following times have been good. Besides one staff member who I havent seen since, everyone is very helpful.

Horrible customer service. Kay has lost my business. It it wasnt for the life time warranty on her rings I would never walk in. The male manager was the only reason we choose to continue our business with them.
