I’ve had some great cleanings and some terrible ones. It really depends on the employee. I would not recommend this service since I have been rescheduled at least twice and had some poor cleanings. I’d look for a cleaning service that is consistently cleaning well.

Tommy did an excellent job within the allotted time. He’s an excellent and careful worker, and I would recommend him.

I was very skeptical about having a maid service, but we have a few “4-legged family members” so I wanted a little extra cleaning support. Our Pro, Lillyanna was just who we needed! She does a phenomenal job and is busy from the time she arrives until she’s ready to leave! I have been so happy with my service that I have switched from monthly cleaning services to weekly and I’m so happy I did!! Thank you MaidPro for sending Lillyanna to us.

From the first time for a deep clean I was well satisfied. The were efficient and the 2 young women worked and did not use their phones or chatter. My house was very clean and I was very pleased. The second time there there was only one young lady. she also worked steadily and cleaned throughly. A bit of a language bump, but she had a telephone translation app and it worked great. Both times the young women were neatly dressed, polite and eager to be helpful. I would recommend MaidPro to family and friends.

Having used Maid Pro approx. 2 yrs, I was totally disappointed with the clean & with how the problem was supposedly taken care of. I had always been pleased before this and am rethinking using the service again.

They started out bad and have just gotten worse. In this last cleaning they didnt even clean the main living areas. I could never recommend them.

Horrible company to work for. Breaking labor laws of pay for hours worked. Not ethical or a place I would recommend for anyone especially Spanish speaking and other foreign languages they will try to take advantage of employees. Will report to authorities and Corporate.

MaidPro is a first class cleaning service! I’m very happy with the job my girl did. She worked so hard, nonstop for 4 hours. My house looks and smells amazing! I’m so glad I made that phone call and scheduled my bi weekly cleanings. It’s so worth it to me !

One member of the cleaning team was almost 1 hour late arriving but when all was said and done they did an excellent job. I used a Groupon for the service and did not realize that the total hours purchased is divided by the number of persons sent. So 6 hours divided 2 persons becomes 3 hours of actual cleaning time. For deep cleaning this may not be enough time needed and they may request that you approve additional hours at the standard rate. Best to iron all this out at the start.But again, I must say they did an excellent, if somewhat pricey, job.

Ana and Connie did an outstanding job cleaning my home. They were extremely detail oriented. So many times when someone else cleans my home I find myself thinking I could have done a better job. Not in this instance. These ladies exceeded my expectations. I was not sure about using a cleaning service as I have used a cleaning lady for the last 12 years and she never cleaned my house like Ana and Connie did today. I highly recommend MaidPro. I am thrilled with their service.

Maid Pro was available to me on a last minute basis. I am in Minnesota and the house is in Punta Gorda and my cleaning gal wasnt available because it was a holiday (New Years Day). But, Maid Pro stepped in and saved the day. My renters said they did a very good job.

Great! My maid Edyamis always does an excellent job. She comes twice a month. One visit is only floors and bathrooms and the other visit is a very thorough cleaning of the entire house. Inaccurate estimate. Tried to get more money from me to finish the job past the agreed upon time frame. Sent one person instead of two. Poor lady ran out of steam after the first hour.Tried to set up a time to return and they wouldn’t respond.Beware.
