The team was even better then we had hoped for. They did such an amazing job that we now have them coming monthly for maintenance cleaning. Well worth the price.

I just want to say, as a hard working employee at my current job, I would absolutely love a owner to stand up for me and others as this owner does for her employees. The responses to the one star reviews are priceless and quite blunt. While people are giving unfair reviews she maintained class and maturity in her response while making sure they got the point! My family and i have used this company for several years normally not a problem. I had hired them based of previous experience and thought they were the best. They were hired to do a move in clean. They are known for detail work which is exactly everything they missed. My tile was still sticky which was pointed out in the inspection. I left a tip on the mantel coming home when i thought they would be done. When i entered the home it was like they just scattered as if they got caught not cleaning. They took my tip and didnt even wipe down where the tip was ! They offer a satisfaction guarantee which you have to call back in less then 24 hours. When the company called back to ask how the cleaning went i informed them of all of the issues. I was asked if id like them to come back out. we are trying to move in and paint so i dont really have time for them to come back. She stated she would let the owner know, and for as many times and years we have used them im very disappointed. If you want to spend 400 bucks just to clean your house again then this is the company to waste your money on.

Very happy customer for over a year. Youve got maids is the best cleaning service weve ever used hands down. They definitely go above and beyond not only ensuring a clean home, but include special treats in the form of cute animals made from towels and welcome home notes. Very good maid service....

The feeling of walking into a Fresh Clean House that you know has been completely sanitized from top to bottom is the most relaxing feeling. I didnt expect my laundry basket full of clean clothes to be folded when I got home. All of the fans including my outdoor fan was dust and dirt free. The baseboards were all washed and dog hair free! They folded the toilet paper as if it was a hotel.. THE LIST CONTINUES!!!!!!They even left a 2 page detailed note and a note in my daughters room!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I find the owners response to the one star review hilarious. A bitter ex employee tried to give a bad review out of spite but the owner told the truth of the situation hahaha
