Lisa is the best. With many years of a having a hearing disorder I was always frustrated with my other hearing aids. Lisa has made my new aids work! I tell everyone to go to miracle ear. What a blessing!

Let me preface by saying Kelly and Mitzi are so nice.Unfortunately 6 months, 2 ear molds and $6000+ later my mom is still having to push the hearing aids into her ear in order to hear anything. They dont seem to go far enough into the ear canal. Maybe its her ears that are shaped weird, but that is the purpose of the molds that are done.Sadly I would never use Miracle Ear again and I caution friends about them. If my mom had been offered a refund because they didnt work I would have a lot more respect for the company. Even an occasional call to make sure everything is fine would be nice. My mom is 86 and doesnt like to call and complain, but if asked she will tell you the issue.

My mother has had her Miracle Ear hearing aids for about a year and has not been happy with them from the beginning. The hearing aids never fit well and she had to push them down into her ears to hear anything. She had been in several times for new molds, but nothing ever seemed to help. She found an old pair of hearing aids and started using those and she figured she had just thrown away her $7000 investment with Miracle Ear.I convinced her to try one more time and I am so glad she did. Kelly has been replaced by Lisa and the difference in service is unbelievable. Lisa looked at my moms records for about 30 seconds and knew how to fix the problem. She recalibrated the programming and put a new earmold on and suddenly my mom could hear! The right one fit perfectly, but the left one was still a little loose, so Lisa took it in the back to work on it and when she came back the left ear mold fit perfectly as well. For the first time in a long time I could have a conversation with my mom without having to raise my voice. We are all very happy with Lisa and I would recommend anyone who had problems earlier to go back and give Lisa a chance to fix the problem.

Great place to go for hearing aids. Miracle Ear of Port Charlotte really helped my mom. After this being her 44th pair of hearing aids that my mom had purchased. Lisa being a Board Certified Hearing Specialist was very attentive and professional in caring for my mom’s needs. Mitzi was very professional and extremely caring. A plus is that their office is located in close proximity to my mom’s home. Thank you Lisa and Mitzi for taking the time to be so caring and thoughtful to my mom. My experience in the Port Charlotte office with Kelly was a wonderful experience. I purchased my Miracle Ear hearing aids up north, and I was never counseled on how to clean or insert my hearing aids. Kelly was a God send! She counseled me on how to insert my hearing aids and changed them so they are more comfortable, and more importantly, I can finally hear! Kelly and Mitzi are the “Miracle” in Miracle-Ear. Recently went to my appointment at Miracle-Ear to have my devices and ears checked. Kelly meticulously cleaned my devices, checked my ears, worked on updating my phone App, and since I had been experiencing several clarity issues fine-tuned the settings on my devices. Everything went great particularly the clarity issue; I am finally enjoying a TV program and can hear my husband grumbling (just kidding). Kelly is thoughtful and attentive, and a delight to be with. She’s a real professional, good at her job.I can’t say how very pleased I am with my Miracle-Ear hearing aids as well as the outstanding service and personnel. When I first walk into the office, I’m greeted by Mitzi a shining star with an extraordinary ability to make your day. The hearing specialist Ron Kaminski knew what I needed in order to hear better since I travel on cruise ships and go to the theaters a lot he introduced me to the latest technology in hearing aids (Blue-tooth). Got a come on letter in the mail. I was interested in the video scope wax removal. I was turned down for a earwax cleaning be cause I had new hearing aids. I purchased new hearing aids in MA, because the doctor there was cleaning my wax out for $10.00 per visit for 2 years. My doctor here in Punta Gorda hurt me with his vaccum pump. The new office in Port Charlotte must be doing well. I wish them all the luck. Ill remember who NOT to call the next time I need to spend $4000.00 on a new set. I prefer to spend my money local but I go back to MA every summer.

Ive had my miracle ear aids for about 5 years and the service has been excellent. I recently went to see RonKaminski in Port Charolette and he did an excellent job in answering all my questions. I never had a hearing aid before so I was very pleased that Rod Kaminski clearly explained how the Miracle-Ear functioned, which frequency ranges were needed to restore my hearing, what to expect when I first used it, the proper way to place them, the warranty coverage and finally, to contact him at any time if I had any difficulties or questions. He lived up to his word in every way.

First off i hear birds in the morning,I hear my directional signal in my car, i dont hear my wife saying turn that down, i understand words spoken by people at our crowded luncheon, i hear my wife talking plainly while driving and understanding her.Buying hearing aids from someone who also wears them gave me a feeling of he knows what im not hearing, words, sounds voicesclearly.Ron got the aids correct the first time out,one week after getting the hearing aids i came back and no adjustment were needed.I thought i would take my bad hearing to the grave at age 74 . After a bad experience with Audibel, I went to Miracle-Ear in Englewood and saw Ron Kaminski. He was so helpful and explained why I needed a certain type of hearing aids. They worked fine! Later I moved to Lakeland Fl and had to have an adjustment made. I went to three Miracle-Ear offices in Lakeland, Plant City and Winter Haven. The people at these three places did not know how to fix my aids or my remote. They made my remote non-functional!I located Ron Kaminaki in Port Charlotte and drove for two and a half hours to see him because I knew he could fix everything for me. Ron did a great job getting me back to where I could hear, and programed my remote. Now everything works! I cannot say enough about Ron Kaminskis professionalism and caring attention he gives to his clients. It was well worth the drive!
