Doctor was extremely nice. I saw him fix a guys hearing aid who just walked in and was stressing because he couldnt hear well. The doctor told him no worries and had it going again in 30 seconds. I dont know of any other doctor who would have took the time to see if it was an easy fix and then Fix it on the spot. With no appointment!Im not saying he takes walk-ins, Im just saying hes a nice guy.And the lady at the front, just as nice.Great place!

I went to Audibel Hearing Center because I was asking people to repeat themselves as soon as they started talking. I thought I might have hearing loss. The person who administered the test on me was very pleasant and thorough. I sat in a tight-squeeze silent chamber and he administered the test to me. He said words to me. Each word was tested separately. I had to repeat the words that he said to me. The words could easily be confused with other like-sounding words. Then he played sounds for me at different frequencies. I had to raise my hand as soon as I heard a sound. Then he went over the test results with me and showed me a graph that mapped my hearing. He let me have the graph. The bottom line is that I have slight to mild hearing loss. I guess this shouldnt come as a shock to me because I used to listen to music at loud volumes in my youth. Im quite a bit older now, and I feel reassured that my hearing loss wasnt worse. He said that I should be re-tested in a couple of years. This is a very good hearing center! I took my mother to Audibel Hearing in July of 2015. The specialist, Brad Wagner, tested her hearing and found that she needed 2 hearing aids. After a free 30 day trial and wonderful customer service Im proud to say that my mother has her hearing back! I would recommend this company to anyone who truly wants a great experience from start to finish. Audibel took the time and had the patience necessary to give my mother the care she needed. Searching for help in Port Charlotte, FL. my old hearing aids were purchased in another state, and one of them stopped working. I stopped at several Hearing Aid Centers, none could help me but then one did point me in the right direction to AUDIBEL. I am so happy with Brad Wagner and Diane, his office Coordinator. I wanted to have the test, since my old aids were older and not helping me to hear. What a different and detailed test, much better than any other test I had up North.My husband was with me and he was so impressed and happy that I could function so much better with my new found aids.My husband joins me in thanking Brad and Diane, and Audibel.He purchased new aids and we both appreciate and are so thankful for Brad Wagner and his staff.

In a word, FABULOUS is how I would describe my experience at Port Charlotte Audibel. Brad and his staff were superb as they listened to my concerns and took the time and effort to correct the problems I was having with my new aid, though I had purchased it at another site. He has continued to work with me on correct settings and made adjustments as needed. I look forward to having Brad as a long term hearing specialist.

Brad and his staff are fantastic. At first I was reluctant to try hearing aids but Brad convinced me to just try them. Im so glad I did. I now dont have to keep asking my wife What did they say? And she is happy too!

I brought my Grandmother in to Audibel and couldnt be happier with our choice. From the start we enjoyed the friendly and efficient receptionist to receiving her aid, it was a pleasant experience. She gets frustrated easily but the specialist was so kind and patient that she really enjoyed her visit. He was extremely knowledgable and had an answer to every question and was able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Her hearing has greatly improved and we are so thankful. I would recommend Audibel in Port Charlotte to anyone for their hearing aid needs.

I have have my hearing aids for over a year now . I had at first went to another place for a test but wasnt happy with the tech. Went to Audibel in Port Charlotte and meet with Brad Wagner. This turned out to be the best thing I could have done.Brad listen to my concerns and let me try a set till the ones I wanted were costume made to fit in my ears. Brad knew I was concerned about the visibility of them so he fitted me with ones that are in the ear canal and no one can see them and I can hear great.
