Beautiful job cleaning, personable maids. They wanted to meet my puppies. That was awesome.

Royal Maid Service was supposed to clean our vacation home for a renter that was arriving. When our neighbours went in to check they found pee on the toilet seat, hair on the sheets and dust on the floor. We were shocked and had to hire another company to clean it properly. I have now been sent a notice of collection from them. I am appalled!! They put us in jeopardy with our vacation renters and now are trying to get money for not cleaning our vacation home. Do not use this service!!

Was looking to replace the cleaners we had and after many calls to several cleaning services I easily chose Roual Maids. I wasnt disappointed either. They were pleasant & did a good job. Would recommend.

Happy to say Ive enjoyed a fine experience with Royal Maids of Port Charlotte. Liz C is always helpful when it comes to accommodating my scheduling needs. The service is excellent and also accommodating as I change the order or what needs attention and the wonder Rose is there to see Im pleased. The team of woman who came the first visit were kind and impressive. I was feeling poorly but they worked well together and did the job around me. All around good choice.

I love that I can schedule your service when it is convenient for me.Your ladies always do a great job and finish on time and I dont have to be away when you are there. You use your own cleaning supplies and that means I dont have to have a shopping list to complete before you come. We love your service!
