I have had Happy Homes do all of my flooring over the past several years. They have installed new carpeting and hardwood flooring, along with removing tile and extending the previously purchased hardwood into that area. I have also purchased backsplash tile from them. It was such a pleasure to work with Happy Homes. John is courteous and informative. Chuck and Mark showed up as scheduled to clean the air ducts. They are a professional team that work well together. As they moved around the house they both took great care of my property, covering up what was necessary keeping it clean from debris. There was absolutely no mess to clean once the equipment was packed up and removed from the job. I would trust them to be in my home unattended should I ever need their services again. Thanks to Happy Homes, we now have a much better quality of air we breath! So much crisper and dense free! I would recommend getting your air ducts cleaned annually. Just had an AMAZING experience at Happy Homes. I had my two children with me aged 1.5 and 3.5. I wasn’t sure how they would do as I took time to pick out material for our new home being built. Every one of the staff members were so so super helpful. They gave the kids fries, surprised them with chocolate milk and cake pops, and even helped keep them occupied the entire time while I picked everything out. I was probably there for 3 hours. All the staff were so helpful in helping me make cosmetic and financial decision to help put together a master plan for my new home. They had such a professional and family feel to their business. This was some of the best service I could have ever imagined. I am so thankful I went there. I would recommend this company hands down to anyone. Happy Home has been great to deal with! I utilized oxiclean on my brand new carpet and it created a yellow spot on my carpet. They came out to look at it for free and they also cleaned my carpets for free to see if the stain would come out! I cannot say enough good things about Chuck and John! Thank you!

I recently had a very large rug cleaned from Happy Homes. If you have pets I’m sure you can understand the stench they leave. Happy Homes was able to not only clean the rug in a very time efficient manner, they were able to pick up and deliver the rug, delivered great pricing, and the best customer service I have seen. We had water intrusion in the walls of our shower and the wood was rotting with mildew. Happy Home tore down the old shower and built a new one. They also took several measures to make sure the water intrusion didnt occur again. John and the whole team were very professional and timely. The workers always showed up on schedule. Work was completed on time. Excellent company and will definitely be using them again for any future needs.

Complete remodel done remotely with Amanda, every step flawless and fantastic. Cannot rate high enough in a challenging world to have perfection and fun with a remodel. Just beautiful. Amanda was in my head and just got everything as I imagined. Recommend 1000%!

They did such an outstanding job, that we had them come out recently to do the same for our in home office. Their staff was dependable, knowledgeable, and on time. Would do business again in a heartbeat!

We’ll it all started with having our carpets cleaned. We are selling our house and we wanted to clean the carpet than replace it at a cost of 1200.00. We asked the person for a estimate well they came out and he told us that he could get a stain out or our carpet so that I wouldn’t have to replace it. Well after the carpet dried the stain was still there. So we called the company and told them what the person doing the carpet said and they just as much called me and my wife a LIARS. will I ever do business with happy homes again NO we don’t like being called LIARS we were going to get an estimate for painting but if this is how the company operates I don’t think I will be getting any more estimates from happy homes.Good luck to anyone doing business with happy homes maybe you will have better luck.Make sure that you record any conversations you may have with the sales person.It will be YOUR ONLY DEFENSE.GOOD LUCK.

Had to Regrout my tile twice after installing 1400 square feet of flooring. Also, had to sand and repaint baseboards after they were installed perfectly.George (the owner) did fix his workers mistakes and upgraded our grout, and made sure that in the end WE WERE HAPPY but it took them a month longer than expected and my family and I were living in a construction zone, with guys in and out, fixing mistakes.Shouldve went with Home Depot. They were cheaper and probably wouldve done it right THE FIRST TIME. Not the second or third.

Review 3/8/19When contemplating a complete remodel of my 1989 home in Punta Gorda, Fl, I diligently researched general contractors in the area. Out of the 10 local contractors contacted, Happy Home Services, Inc., Port Charlotte, FL, provided the most detailed and comprehensive quotation. Pricing was in line with other contractors. However, after meeting with John, the senior sales consultant, and Amanda, the design coordinator, I felt a comfort area with this company’s expertise and capabilities to accomplish my goals.My remodel included structurally tearing down a wall in the kitchen and removing an interior column. This provided an attractive open area of my kitchen, dining room, and living room. The interior remodel included engineered floors throughout the house, new bathrooms, new kitchen, updating of lanai outdoor kitchen cabinets and countertops, and painting of interior walls.Upon signing of the contract, Happy Home Services provided a realistic schedule of production. We were assigned project managers, Allen & Takhir (“T”), who supervised the project on a daily basis. The schedule allowed us to comfortably live on one side of the house, while remodeling work was performed on the other side of the house. Repairs to my home were kept on schedule, which was important to us. If any part of the remodeling was not to our satisfaction, Happy Homes made sure repairs/adjustments were made to our complete satisfaction.Excellent choices of subcontractors were appointed in this process. Reliable Cabinets provided beautiful, modern, transitional cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms, and lanai.
