The almost black and grey grout of 16 years turned a crisp white after a complete cleaning. Places I thought wouldn’t come clean surely did! Wasn’t magic; it was the careful cleaning. The crew was so careful with all furniture and other items. When all done, the house smelled fresher than a Spring day! The price was well worth the beautifully clean floor and even with sealing! Highly recommend this fantastic service!!!!!

Excellent customer service. Derrick was very professional, personable and hard working. He did an amazing job of cleaning and sealing the grout and tile in our living areas and bathrooms. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again.

I specifically asked during the in home estimate if my grout lines would come clean again if I had my tile floors cleaned (over 1000sqft) and I was told yes, they would look like new. Not only would they look new, but would be better protected by getting them sealed (a $200 up charge). Well, that was not the case. They look exactly the same, if not worse after having them cleaned and sealed. I also asked them if they could clean an area behind our freestanding tub in the master bathroom. “Sure, no problem!” They never touched it. Waste of my hard earned money. Stay away.

I bought this house in 2015 and I tried to clean the floor my self but didn’t work I call All Floors they came in today and my floors looks like new. Thanks I recommend All Floors Clean company 100%.

Derrick made our old tile floors look brand new! We recently bought an 18 year old home and love it but the tile floors looked like they were never deep cleaned. The grey grout was so dirty that it looked almost black in high traffic areas like the kitchen. Derrick worked his magic cleaning, repairing and sealing and the results are amazing. Derek returned my call from Home Advisor within a minute. Came out that day when he said he would. Very professional appearance. He gave me a reasonable price to regrout my master bathroom. He set a date and came and did the job, which came out great. He made it clear that he wanted me happy with the job. I couldnt ask for anything more from start to finish. Very please with not just the job outcome, but his attitude from start to finish.

Derrick cleaned tile and sealed grout that was installed in 2004. It looks brand new. He did a professional job at very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend him and would certainly use him again.

Derrick did an awesome job on my tile floors. I had him steam clean and seal them and then he came back and restained the grout on my older kitchen and bathroom floors. Did an excellent job and my tiles look brand new and so much easier to clean.

I recently moved into an older home and was dissatisfied with the way all of the grout looked, so I had Derrick come to assess my tile floors. What was awesome (besides him being super personable and punctual), was that he test cleaned an area to see what the results would be, which weren’t great and then he determined the grout had been stained in the past, due to the very inconsistent look of it all. He then suggested he show me some grout stains he had along to see what I thought. When he applied 3 different colors on a random grout line, I could not believe the difference and set-up an appointment on-the-spot!Derrick came today and cleaned all of the grout and then restained it all with an alabaster color, which turned-out fantastic!! It literally looks brand new. ✨ This is very tedious work, which Derrick is thorough and particular about, so you will be thrilled with his work and the outcome - I speak from experience! 😊

I had Derrick come to our new house to clean the carpets before we moved in and I was amazed at much cleaner they looked. We then had him go the home we rented for 2 years to clean the carpets there. The carpets are cleaner than when we moved in. The carpets took some use due to 6 kids running on them everyday. The owner of the home is super happy to have very clean floors. Wow! What a difference! We had our office carpets cleaned by All Floors Clean and were amazed at how much better they looked afterward. The waste water that came out of the tank afterwards was literally BLACK! So glad we had this done. They also applied a protectant on the carpets after cleaning, which will help keep them cleaner in the future. Very pleased!
