Overall experience was okay. I would definitely make sure the salesman were more knowledgeable on what is on the lot and what is becoming available I was told 3 separate times on the features of a vehicle that were incorrect until they printed the window sticker. Also was told the used model on the lot didn’t have certain features but upon test driving it had all the features we had asked about. But it was an okay experience.
I was hesitant after having bad experiences at other dealerships. But after talking to a local garage and them telling me the Volkswagen dealership in Port Charlotte had a good reputation I will definitely make this my preferred mechanic. From beginning to end they were very professional and very helpful. This is the best my Volkswagen has ran in months.
I had to replace a small light bulb for the left hand turn signal. it was critical to replace it that day since we were heading back to Atlanta the next. day.I brought in the car before my appointment and they took care of it within a half hour for me they also provide me shuttle service just for the small service. Since this is my first time owning a Volkswagen, I thought this was gonna cost $100. But it was much less than half of that. Thomas is really great work to work with and I will be sending my dad to get his service there for his Lexus now
One of the best encounters with a dealership in my life. The personal attention was above and beyond. I can not speak highly enough about this service advisor and the technicians there. I had an appointment to get my 2015 Jetta service. A couple of other things wrong with it. They did an oil change, had to change both AC fan motors, balance the tires, and replaced a clamp for a wire. I showed up to my appointment at 9:00 a.m. they promptly went to work and had my car ready to go by noon. When I purchased the vehicle I also purchased the extended warranty. It really came in handy and paid off. The customer service was excellent. They were all very nice and kept me informed what was going on with my vehicle instead of letting me sit there for hours upon end wondering what was going on with my vehicle and how much longer it would be.
Danielle at the Service Dept helped me during the process. I just moved into town, and navigating the area to see what is around had been a challenge. But she was helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this VW.
I had the best car buying experience here. Max was so attentive and patient. He listened to my every need and was ready to answer any questions I had. The dealership is a clean, organized facility with workers who are at your beck and call. If you need a salesman who is trust worthy and has an overall great personality ask for Max!
Had an excellent experience. Basically did everything via email and phone with Shane. He helped me through the process and had patience with me while I waited to pull the trigger. He was understanding and sweet. Finally decided to make the deal drove over and he had everything waiting and ready for me to sign. He told me ahead of time he would be there by the time I could make it (I live over an hour away) but he left ice in the great hands of Christian who was equally as helpful. The finance manager was wonderful. In and out in 45 minutes. Highly recommend.
My 2008 has been in dealership shop twice in 3 months for what I think are related problems.1st. cam fouler 2000.00. 2 nd cam adjuster valve 1000.My 5000.00 car turned into 8000.00 car and the tech never explained why it happened or if anything I could do to prevent future problem. They just said we cleared the check engine code .maybe fix entire problem instead of a code at a time ! I dont feel safe in my car and its now cost me more than I can get for it. .Im extremely disappointed, I expected more from a dealership.any other shop would fix the problem rather than one symptom at a time .Now I have more money in my car than its worth so Im left to drive feeling unsafe because I dont know if what they fixed was the whole problem or just another symptom to get the code to clear to get my money $3,000 and less than 3 months on a 2008 car shame on you . I should at least feel safe.
Stereotypical car dealer. Courtney didnt live up to a lot of what he told us during the sale of the car. Honestly, make the drive to Sunset VW in Sarasota.Better dealership all around. Definitely wouldnt return.
I brought my Tiguan in for service after 5:00pm. I had my loaner car by 5:10, and my vehicle’s service was finished before noon the following morning! Thomas and Christian went above and beyond to help me out!

If you go here to get any kind of service, they would try to sell you tires like you are in a tire place. Dont buy the over price tires in here. To make sure their work is correct they would charge you $100.
Danielle and Thomas were very thorough and fair on the repair of my Volkswagen beetle. My sons were vacationing at our home in Rotonda West and were able to get the car back the following day. They even had a courtesy shuttle. I highly recommend Norm Reeves.

Very helpful and accommodating. Resolved all issues to assure my vw was the way I bought it. The service manager Tom was always helpful and did all he could do to address every concern and gave me a complete outline of all services and when I need to service it.

Jetta was brought in 2014. Monthly payments made. Car is more than paid m last several years nothing but problems. Spent thousands of dollars on repairs. Windows still dont work properly. A/ c does not work.enginne us in bad shape. I went in to trade for a newer reliable car this dealership wanted me to pay more money. Car is more than paid for. Just ridiculous have paid over 20,0000 for this carm
My experience at Port Charlotte Honda has always been great. My salesperson Max not only makes the buying process a pleasant one, but after the sale he is always available to help. I highly recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.
Staff was excellent and kind. However there was some trouble with quality of service from the shop. Came in for an oil change and two new tires and to ask if they had replacement gas cap and a new lumbar lever for my seat. When they called me to tell me in my car was ready some of my tires were missing valve caps.. Then when I drove away the first time, the car was wobbly and making funny sounds—apparently they didn’t align/balance the tires properly. After that I had to come back immediately again because sensors were never reset for the tire pressure so I wasn’t sure if it was properly filled or not without going back. Then I had to come back another time because one of the staff left their umbrella in my car. They never got back to me about the lumbar lever or the gas cap.
The entire service team at Norm Reeves VW is outstanding! They make me feel like family every time I go in for service.

Danielle and Tim are always on point when I have an issue with my sons Jetta they get it in and get it in and repaired in a timely manner!!
Service was good. Tech had trouble but solved the problem. Just wish it was not so expensive. I’m on SS and I really don’t have 1000.00 extra laying around. I had to charge it and will pay it off in about a year. Hope nothing else happens.
This is hands down the BEST VW service center on the East Coast.
If I can give it 10 I would. I honestly can say that I am grateful for the service they provided. I was in a bad predicament with my previous car/auto loan and they managed to work with me and get me out of that and into a brand new car with no worries. The whole buying experience was very easy, they took the time to really show us the car, explain the different packages, and always had patience with my wife and I. Had the car 3.5 hours. Wasted another hour. Completed literally nothing the car was brought there for. Soon as I got back in the car, was able to duplicate issue right away. Now have to waste another day dropping off the car.

I just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, prior to arrival the dealership told me the car was road worthy. However the battery was covered with corrosion and the tires were in unsafe condition. After pointing out the tires they reluctantly took 250.00 off a 900.00 set of tires. This dealership cares more about profit than the driving safety of its customers.Buyers Beware!

I visited PC VW to look at the newly arrived and first ever electric ID.4. When i called they told me it was on the show room floor so no Demo ride. That was good enough for me so I went to look anyways. When I arrived Max Mallard met me and to my surprise he was all set for me to take the car on a demo ride. Great experience! Max answered every question or found the answer for me. Never rushed. Beautiful car by the way. I was so impressed with Max and the dealership that I had my ID 4 order changed to PC VW from another dealership.

Awesome service department. Kept me updated on the progress of my car and they finished sooner than expected. I had asked about window tinting while my car was there for service, but tinting was booked for a couple weeks so expected to make another appointment for that, when I picked up my car my windows were tinted!!. They did an excellent job on the service and tinting.
Went there for a test drive and to get a quote and salesman Gonzalez tried to back me in a corner even though I was waiting til next week to make the decision. Very very shady place that will do whatever it takes to make a sale even at a customer’s expense

Always treated with courteous respect. Had PC VW repair front radiator supports, and a recall on the AirBags. Only complaint is their Policy of charging you $133 diagnostics fee, if you elect not to fix the problem. That’s not right!

I would like to share about my experience at the Port Charlotte Volkswagen and Honda ‘s. There was an incident that happened and I have never seen somebody take care of me better than Thomas Sirmons did. He made sure the problem was taken care of and ultimately change the way I feel about people who work in the car sales business entirely Thomas is the sole reason why I will be suggesting everybody to go and do business if you’re looking for a Honda or Volkswagen or any vehicle for that matter because he truly defines what it means to be an excellent person and the car industry needs more people like him. If you ever go to Port Charlotte and Hondo Volkswagen I highly suggest asking for Thomas Sirmons and he will leave you with a charge mindset too. Thank you so much!!!
After a long car trip it was time for a check-up. PCVW was very accommodating with appointment time. They were friendly, efficient and thorough. They did a World Class Inspection and gave me a copy of the report. My vehicle needed slight repairs and they were honest in their appraisal of the situation. Honesty and reliability are key qualities for me, way beyond expertise. I feel I can trust them to do the work well, and they did!
I came in and purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan.The good: I was overpaying and in an upside down loan a tiny car that was no longer practical for my family. Lance talked me through a few different options and so helpful when I came in to test drive an HR-V. When some hiccups with financing came up, Shane helped me find another vehicle that would be easier to finance and I actually really love. (The Tiguan) I was so nervous about it but it has been fantastic. In hindsight, Im glad I didnt get the HR-V because it wouldnt have been much of an upgrade with three kids in the back! We stayed late after closing to make the deal which I totally appreciate. I told my husband my only regret was not springing for the sunroof. 😂The bad: I bought the vehicle February 27th. I called a few weeks after purchase to find out when the registration would be sent out and when the trade in would be paid. I was told the registration was sent out (came the next day) and that the payoff was mailed March 11th. Okay, no problem. I figured it would be paid off by the 31st. It was not. I stopped by the dealer April 2nd to ask about the payoff. Supposedly, it was lost in the mail but it is being fixed.I have a payment on the old trade in due on April 11th. I called the loan company to ask if they received the payoff check today. (April 7th.) No check and no news from the dealership apparently. I already made my payment on the new Volkswagen but Im of course still responsible for the trade ins payment until the payoff is processed. I am beyond frustrated.I was very happy with the car buying process but the aftermath has been ridiculously stressful. Im not sure where the ball was dropped but It makes me hesitant to return in the future.

Audi A6 I had my oil change at Port Charlotte Volkswagen. They failed to do a few things right but the price of the oil change was good.I made an appointment at Eurospec Autowerks. Andre tightened the screws on the oil pan and transmission pan that Volkswagen couldnt do. He said they just needed to be set properly. He also replaced three screws that Volkswagen said were missing on my splash guard. He even reset my scheduled maintenance reminder that was not reset by the service department. All at no cost!
Easy and didnt take long, good work on the wheel balancing. Car drives excellent! Hopefully they can install my CTS turbo downpipe in the near future ;)

My Atlas was in for warranty repair. The dealer was ready for me with a loaner vehicle when I arrived, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.I was notified the next day that my car was ready. I turned in my loaner and signed for the work performed- once again within 10 minutes I was back on the road!Overall a great experience. The car wasn’t washed or detailed this time, but I also did not request it to be.
Had a really great experience with Noah Ware! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Really made it seemed like he was trying to help me not sell me. Also loved the Bow Tie! I would recommend Noah to anyone that I know is buying a car!
Really great. I was constantly notified about the progress on the car. My only concern is that when I got in the car to leave a new light was flashing on the dashboard. So I have to bring it up there yet again. That is very time consuming. I will leave a post to update when all is hopefully done.
My Honda CR-V 2000 was recalled for airbags and I also got a complimentary car wash with it. That was fine, I didn’t know I was gonna walk out the same day with a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta. CJ was such a great help with explaining things and making things run smoothly. I will definitely return!

Be ware service department uses scare tactics to get more money -told not safe to drive it home but wouldn’t tell me what was wrong! It was carbon build up after having not run it -used good gas no issues. This was after paying 150 for diagnostic test said needed to pay another 150.00 for further testing😳
I came onto the lot looking for a specific selection of Jettas. Trevor approached us and was very helpful, grabbing several sets of keys.. He was quick to attend to any question or issue I brought up. Consistently, he asked how we were doing throughout the process. This made it much easier keep the lines of communication open. For the few questions he wasnt 100% sure about, he was quick to verify them with infrequent and short wait times. Trevor might be the most honest, genuine, and compassionate Salesperson on the planet. Ask for him, he will treat you well. I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience.
Took over 2 hours for an oil change, and was more expensive than the last oil change...I probably would still be sitting there if I had not checked myself that the car was sitting there done
