Greeted and checked in promptly by Terrelle and the techs were all friendly. The shuttle service to and from a nearby restaurant so we could enjoy lunch while we waited was a very nice touch. Had to remind them my tire rotation was free since our tires were purchased there, but it was corrected promptly. Everything was great.

I called to make an appointment for a timing belt replacement and was able to get in the next day. Dropping the car off at 9:30am was super easy, they gave me a loaner vehicle to get to work, and I was told it would be ready by mid-afternoon. At 2:30pm I got a text and a call that my car was ready, just when the said it would be. Pick up was easy, and they didnt try to give me the high pressure upsell on anything, which is a HUGE plus. My service advisor was Terrel and he did go over the inspection report with me to let me know what services I would need in the future. I will use them in the future and would highly recommend.

I had a mechanical issue with my last car and Brian Irvin the general manager got involved. He was super. I ended up with a different car(Passport) which I love. It’s my favorite car of all time. My son & I went in there to purchase his 1st “new” car! An exciting first for a young man! Shane M. made this “1st” for my son a great experience and when he pulled away he was more than thrilled!! We did have to be there for quite awhile, but at no fault to Shane! He was very quick with all of he had to do. The finance Department was quick as well.I can NOT thank SHANE enough for all of his help! He has gone above and beyond for us ESPECIALLY when it came time for our temporary tag to expire and our permanent tag hadn’t arrived. He made sure to email me a copy of the registration in case of getting pulled over. He was told it had been mailed out (3 days before temporary plate expired). No big deal, we should get it!). A week after the temporary tag expired, our permanent tag arrived, registration with the correct address, issue date 3 days before temporary days before it expired HOWEVER it was post dated 2 days after temporary expired SO guess someone (whoever deals with the tags) let ours just sit & they don’t care if people drive with expired tags. I for one, don’t want to drive on expired as I never have! I don’t want my son to as he never has AND we shouldn’t have to! AND when I ask about it, just tell me/my salesman the truth OR if it hasn’t been mailed out I’ll come pick it up!!! Pretty simple solution. THANKS SHANE FOR BEING AN ADVOCATE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! *Buyer Beware* Customer service is terrible. The Service Dept staff is rude and Management is horrible. I visited Norm Reeves Honda for annual service. Oil change, tire rotation etc. When I returned home to North Port I noticed oil leaking from under my brand new honda accord. I called and was transferred to service manager Larry Starat. I explained my problem with Larry he became very agitated and not helpful putting blame on me for not checking before I left the dealership. This is the first and last time I will visit Norm Reeves Honda in Port Charlotte. **I had my car towed to a local mechanic and the oil filter was not put on correctly.

The staff was very friendly. Even though I went on a Saturday and they were busy, my car was serviced and I was out of there in approximately an hour. I can’t express how satisfied I am with their service and the friendliness of their staff. I would recommend Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Port Charlotte to everyone. Did I mention that when I went out to get my car and leave it was sparkling clean!

He said I could not ride in the truck with the tow truck I will need to get a ride to pick up my car once its fixed, since I live in Port Charlotte I asked if I could have it towed to Norm Reeves in Port Charlotte, he said fine. The driver was to call or text me before he came out.At 12:30 I called and was told that they were backed up it would be another hour. It was 3:30 when Steve finally showed up said he was just given the info about 1:30 and told me that he could jump start my vehicle and if I drive it in myself I will get it back right away because if its towed, he said it could be in the dealership for days.So thats what I did, I blame myself for not having my neighbor just jump start it hours earlier, wasnt sure thats all it was.

I was greeted right away very nicely! I was on my way home from Port Charlotte to Venice from an appointment I had just finished and wanted to get home right away. So I had run over something and my tire pressure lit up on my dashboard. I wanted to air the tires up right away and Honda was just past where I was so I stopped there. They took my car in and then I saw my flat tire. So we discussed a new tire and they put it on for me in a very short time and I was on my way. As I waited to get my tire put on my car many employees past by me and all we’re very friendky and I was made to feel at home. A great experience.

After receiving letter from Honda about fuel pump recall on my 2019 Ridgeline, I went to dealership to see about an appointment. Appointment was made at my convenience. After dropping truck off for recall work I was given shuttle service back home.I was called when work was done. Which was earlier than estimated. Shuttle was sent back to pick me up. Very smooth operation and very friendly service!

I had a flat tire and since the Honda Civic doesnt come with a spare so my only option was to call road service.The good news is that the service was free. The bad news is that it took almost 5 house for the tow truck to arrive. This was unacceptable to me, especially since I called in the middle of the day and I was not way out in a remote location.I had the car towed to you guys and I called at 8:30am to speak with the service technician. I asked him to call me back with an estimated cost and estimated time that the car would be ready.I never got a call!At 12:00 noon I attempted to call and after being routed 3 times I was sent to a voicemail.I decided to leave work and go to the dealership in person. When I got there the tire had been replaced, without my authorization!I paid for the work and picked up the car.The price was a little higher than I expected but I was not upset about the price.I am very disappointed that no one took 3 minutes to call me and let me know when the car would be ready and how much it would cost.In fact, no one even called to tell me when the car was ready.Poor communication and Poor Customer Service.

The people working there are always very friendly and pleasant. However EVERY time I go there (with an appointment mind you) it if at least a 2 hour wait. Even for a simple oil change appointment which is quite ridiculous. They offer a free car wash but I deny it that just adds on another 30 minute wait. Who has time to wait 2+ hours for a simple maintenance appointment on their vehicle.

Very poor customer service! I been trying to schedule appointment for my car maintenance all day and still do not have one scheduled. Called 5 times throughout the day and every time I got transferred to the service department no one answered. Left voicemail and still haven’t heard back from anyone. This is not the first time that this happened. Very frustrating!!! I understand that they are busy fixing cars and helping other people, but there has to be another way to be able to get a hold of someone and be helped to schedule appointment!!!

We purchased our slightly used Honda Odyssey from Noah Ware on April 26, 2021. Since our old 2010 Honda Odyssey had developed piston and ring issues after 147,000 miles, we thought it was time for a newer car and Noah and the staff at Port Charlotte Honda did a great job getting us into our new 2019 Honda. In addition to a good price and great service, they gave us the use of a loaner car for nearly a week until we could finalize the purchase of our new car. Port Charlotte Honda has serviced our old Honda for over 5 years and we are completely satisfied with Norm Reeves Honda in general and Noah Ware in particular!

Good experience. We’ve used the Honda Superstore for routine maintenance on our Hondas and also to purchase a new Honda. Nice people, nice waiting area. The waits are always long for service, but that’s how it is anywhere. And I found out that they offer a free shuttle service if you don’t want to wait, which is very nice. When you buy a car, there’s the haggling/running back and forth to the manager when you all know you’re going to meet in the middle eventually, which is kind of annoying… but again, that’s just how it is to buy a car at a dealership. They do a good job and we will continue using them for our car needs.

I bought my Dodge Charger here and so went there to have the AC looked at. It cost me $160.00 to be told it was fine but the thermostat needed to be replaced. How much I asked $460.00 👀👀. I just finished putting one in took 10 minutes and cost $36.00 including parts and gallon of Antifreeze. This was either a mistake quoting or the biggest rip off I have ever seen. It’s 2 bolts in the front of the engine for heck’s sake.

Came in to see about upgrading my 2016 civic. Met with Ed Carbonaro, he was helpful and insightful. The process was incredible! Fast and easy from start to finish. Never felt any pressure to buy, just had a really great experience! Definitely ask for Ed!!

We felt like this was a classic bait and switch. Coupon on line, Norm Reeves Website, said 10% off the regular price of $229.95 for spark plugs and valve adjustment. I called and made an appointment, told Debbie about the coupon and what a good deal it was. Debbie said bring the coupon and they would honor it. When we arrived for our appointment, I presented the coupon to Terrell, the service writer and all of a sudden the price was going to be $800.coupon was for a four cylinder, not a six cylinder. We had serviced our Honda there before so they knew it was a six cylinder. Service manager came out and said best he could do was give us 15% off and do just the spark plug replacement. Bill ended up being $319. Was also disturbed because service writers were all eating at their desks so smelled like a Burger King. Dont they have an employee break room? No place to sit outside while waiting for your car to be serviced. Luckily brought my own lawn chair. Wont be using this dealership again.

If I could give Honda Herb specifically more stars I would, if you want exceptional customer service ask for Honda Herb. I am very busy, my time is valuable and I am unable to sit in a dealership for hours at a time. Over a week or so he did everything for me from start to finish while keeping in contact on progress the whole time. Happy with my purchase and will be calling him for a car for my daughters graduation in a few months.

Took long time to reach our tire protection plan for whatever reason. We reached them easily in the AM before going to Honda. Told our flat tire is considered an emergency and Debra told us to come in. Guess she misunderstood our call and thought we needed all tires fixed....only had one flat but did say on phone wanted others checked as other tire had been showing signs of a slow leak. All was OK they said with other ones and flat was patchedLooks fine today so guess its fixed well.Glad we could get in that same day and helped as we were from out of state and traveling 2 days later .

Port Charlotte Honda repaired our Odyssey sliding door on a Saturday within 3 hours of our arrival. We were traveling back to Ohio, and the door broke the evening before our departure. Fort Myers Honda wouldn’t even look at the car for 5 hours, and suggested that it wouldn’t be repaired for 3 days. I rarely ask for emergency service, but Port Charlotte Honda saved us from canceling our trip home.Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Everything went smoothly with buying the car until I got a voicemail a week or two later saying that if I cannot verify my address and insurance that they will come take my car away from me. I had already provided them with this information while purchasing the car, they said that it has nothing to do with the dealership and all to do with the bank, I asked him for the bank’s phone number and he said “oh, it goes directly to us, not the bank” just gave me the run around and made me feel horrible that my car might get taken from me. Already have 2 friends who will never go here because they saw me shaking when I heard the voicemail.

Jamie was wonderful. However the oil change and tire rotation took almost 2 hours? I had an appointment at noon and didnt leave until after 2 pm!

Easy to schedule and fair pricing. It was a bit of a wait - it was supposed to be 1 1/2 hours but ended up being closer to 2 1/2 hours. However, they also washed and vacuumed the car wish other places dont do. So if you have time - go here for service needs.

Quick to sell a car but not quick to get you that car....how about make sure the cars on the lot first
