Ed has been the trusted mechanic of my family for years, and I have no doubt for years to come. On their website they claim they have a “ customer for life attitude “ and if anyone ever walked the walk and talked the talk, it’s Ed. The quality of his work is fantastic, all the reviews he has speak for themselves. I’m just telling you what everyone else is already saying. He treats us like family the minute we walk in and the minute we walk out. If your not already using Ed then your losing out on a fantastic experience.

Waited two hours for them to then tell me that the driver broke down. Will never ever give them a chance again. My Volkswagen Roadside Assistance is putting in a complaint also. Don’t use. Don’t call. The worst around. I’m still sitting in my car two and half hours later on the side of a very busy and dangerous high way. Get some one else. Not professional at all.
