Direct is sooo expensive, you would assume they would give you a deal with cheaper insurance as you keep renewing with them every year. Instead, they make loyal customers pay more!! I switched over to another company and saving 100s of dollars a month. This company needs to lower their rates!!

This insurance is happy to take your money, however if you make a claim is a different story. First if you don’t make a payment on the first of the month and is a Sunday they will tell anyone and everyone that you are one day later. They will also mail your lean holders and said to them that they cancel your out because you are late one day on your payment.I make a claim because, I did not saw a Trash can on the street. This Company send me an letter that said, I had a claim against my self from another person. The letter was rude, it was like I completely comited a crime. I don’t think a trash can is a person. They put information in the system to hurt me as a driver.When I went to fix my car they did not wanted me to fix the car in the place I had decided to take my car. The lady in the phone said to me “no you are not going to take your car there.” You need to find another cheaper shop. It is ilegal in Florida to do that to a customer. They give the shop hart time to accept the cost of the repairs. When I went to rent a car nothing was prepared for me to rent a car. I had to make all Rental arrangements and when I called them she chantase me like I was a little kid. I don’t recommend them to no one..I cancel them on 12/31/19. Because I already paid for December 2019Horrible experience...!!!!!!!!!

I was asked to make a payment on a friends policy but the person who takes care of it was out for the rest of the day. The person that helped me had no clue whatever but eventually got it, after 15 minutes. Thank God I have a different insurance company.
