Have enjoyed this particular business for over 20 years. They are professional with their work. They are excellent at what they do. Always very busy and work very hard to make you comfortable.

Service varies. If its super busy- hesitate to go because tired workers have def messed up on my nails here before. A new worker really messed up my nails one time also... Big time. BUT, if I called in the past with a complaint they would have me come back in the next day and fix it for free. Ive been disappointed and Ive been very satisfied.If its moderately busy and theres not over 4 people waiting, its great, especially late morning, early afternoon. Most recent experience was great and they did a perfect job. Basically, its a great place to go if its not too busy and they do a superb job, as long as youre vocal and specific about what you want (style, length, etc.)

Very mediocre work and customer service to those people who are not frequent customers. I took my sister and was completely annoyed with the service. The gentleman who helped her never talked to her, had a podcast blaring at his station and did a poor job. Her acrylic had bubbles, it was caked under her nails and around her cuticles. They looked cheap. When she came to me after her nails were done, the lady who was working with me started arguing with me regarding the service that was provided to her. They could tell she wasn’t happy with the way it turned out and not once did they offer to fix it and told her that they provided a service and performed it correctly, which from the look of her nails is far from the case. My nail tech was extremely rough and my cuticles looked worse than they did before. I would not recommend going here at all. Also, any good and up to date on education nail shop knows NOT to use the cheese grater on skin as it’s not recommended to even use on your skin. The service was awful and the facility is dirty, unorganized and just a mess.

Had the deluxe pedicure not only did it help circulation in feet and legs, i felt rejuvenated its evening now and i still feel wonderful. Best place Ive been to in this area. Thank you. Better said i have HAPPY FEET.💃💃💃💃💃DEE SMITH

Very happy with my pedicure. Staff is very nice & the facility is very nice. Only problem with covid too many people in the place. While everyone had a mask several individuals werent wearing them properly, which defeats the purpose of wearing the mask. I understand there is really not much the owners can do as you dont know how foolish some will behave if you attempt to ask them to wear the mask properly.

Will never stop going to pronails.. Been going to them for 16 years...

They are absolutely fantastic. Ms. Kim always does my nails and they always look fabulous. She even stayed an hour past closing because Im an idiot and broke two right before 8. They are great at what they do, always give awesome customer service, and are absolutely worth every penny. I will always go to Pro Nails.

The staff is very friendly and very motivated there. I can go in for the works package and be out in an hour. It is also very reasonably priced. They do get very busy because they are good at what they do so sometimes there may be a bit of a wait however it is well worth it.

Very nice people. The lady worked quickly, but I didnt feel rushed or uncared for. Nice job on a mani-pedi and my polish lasted a good, long time. Reasonable prices, well posted so that you can see what the prices are before you start.

Got a great pedicure there for only $25

We came to place in the late afternoon about 4pm. As we entered the place the first thing we noticed was the toxic fumes. A lady doing a pedicure hollered to us asking what we wanted. I told her 4 manicures and she told us to take a number. The fumes were overbearing but we decided to take a seat and wait. We soon realized it would be at least an hour before we would be seen.My girlfriend and I looked at each other and both decided to go. She complained of a headache and naseau after we left. I dont know how those customers or the employees could stand that smell for that long. I will NOT be going back.I hope those employees have good insurance because God knows what kind of ill effects those fumes will have on their health.

Posting for my mother, Judy Cline. After telling them I am a diabetic, I asked her to be careful, not to cut me, I was cut, and more than a year later, I am still seeing a Dr for medical treatment and this may have caused an infection to the bone in my foot. I tried to let them know what had happened, and spoke to 3 people, nobody understood me, much less the importance of it. Do Not come to Pro Nails.Adding to this in Sept 1 2020. This infection eventually got severely deep into my mothers blood stream and respiratory system. She died Dec 28th 2019.

I came in to pro nails multiple times. They always make my nails uneven. Yesterday I got my nails done and they filled my nails so hard it cut my skin. One of the girls brings her kid to work sometimes and he goes around screaming.

They do a wonderful job and always quick to fix any issues you have with no fuss at all. Their customer service is superb.

Don’t recommend. Ask for a manicure and gel nails. Cuticles look the same as when I went in... she did two fingers of the color (supposed to be white) but looked the same as the clear coat. At this point I am frustrated and tell her that I will just pay for the manicure and leave. She starts arguing with me that I need to pick another color... that I have to pay for full gel bc they already started it... they are always in a hurry here so I should have known better.

I love the results I get from them but their customer service sucks! And I had three people who were getting the exact same thing as me get serviced before me. Very annoying.

I came here for my first time getting my nails or toes done and all the staff was friendly and I got exactly what I asked for . I’ve been here twice now and I still feel the same about this place . I will be coming back and recommending !

They are always busy here. Don’t mind waiting if they would actually go in the ticket order correctly. When you come in and get a number you don’t always get worked on before people that come after you. The man that works there won’t do pedicures so he always takes people that just walked in while you may have been waiting over an hour or more. Very frustrating.

Good while it lasted cost up service down. Too many distractions for such sharp tools.

Was my 2nd visit to this salon. 1st time was a very nice experience and was happy with my nail results. This 2nd time, I had asked for a coffin nail shape and polish with a certain simple nail art. A Hamsa hand to be exact. The nail artist on table #12 said she couldnt do either requests. The shape, because my nail was too short. And the design, because it looked too hard. Im sorry but I counted 7 nail artists on the salon and NONE could do what I asked or wouldnt even attempt. I was so disappointed and shocked that I almost just left right then. Now, I am a licensed nail technician of Arkansas, look me up...and I know Ive done way more technical shapes and designs than what I asked for today. I would have done my own nails but I find it easier to have someone else work on me. I most likely will not be back to this salon. I told them I can do it, why cant they? All well, learned my lesson I suppose.
