Staff is very friendly and service is good. I gave them 4 stars because I feel like the manicures could be better. Other places I have gone they give a hand and arm massage and here there just dont. Pedicures are amazing!! But over all I have been going there for years and will continue to do so.

When we got there we only had to wait like a minute and they were ready. The nails turned out great and the place looked amazing.

The last couple visits have been good. Have had times where they didnt exactly do what I asked for but for the most part they do decent work.

I love diva nails!! I always get exceptional service. Everyone is nice and patient with me. I also love the punch card that is given at the start of service. Each time you get your nails done, you can get your card punched and get 14 dollars off a nail service of your choice! I just moved to this area and I love this place!!! Great work everyone!!

The people are super nice. They did n excellent job. They work quickly & well. We had a group of seven for my sisters and we were here less than three hours. We had three deluxe pedicures done to perfection. Four full sets done excellently. And three childrens nails & toes painted. They were very patient with us and the children.

Good customer service but the work could be better.

Went in to get a pedicure for my daughters wedding. The person that was doing my nails hurt me more than once and didnt care. All other places will have to be closed for me to come back

Long wait to even sit in chairs. You have to sit on a towel on chairs. Tools do not look sanitary. The person doing my pedicure grabbed a nail clipper out of someone else’s work area and did not clean it. it Might have already been sanitized, but did not look like it. He coughed on my feet multiple times and did not even apologize or attempt to cover the coughs. The nail file was obviously used before, it had nail dust on it already. Difficult to understand. The massage was good, no complaints there. My jeans I rolled up got soaked. Did not push back my cuticles or anything besides cut them sloppy . nails by themselves look good but he asked me to go to a different chair and started adding rhinestones of which i didn’t ask for. He did two different designs of rhinestones, which i didn’t ask for either. I have so much more I have to say, but I will put it at this. Overall, i would not recommend or go there again.

Recently started using this place instead of other places in town. Everybody very friendly. Did an excellent job on my pedicure. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for over 2 years and have no complaints.

Theyre pretty good. A little pricey but what can you do? My only problem was that they always manage to mess up one of my nails, but they redo it then its fine.

Only put one star because it’s the least you can do. I should not have to wait over an hour to have my manicure done whenever it was NOT BUSY at all! Instead of getting a manicure there, I walked out and went to Pro Nails.

They do such a good job, I go back all the time!
