I had a blowout on my car and initially spoke with Travis about pricing and replacement of my tires to which he gave me several options. Thankfully they note everything! When I came in Cedric immediately knew that I had called previously-communication is everything-they quickly worked me in and replaced two tires before closing. The day ended with Kyle the technician. So grateful to the whole crew for getting me back on the road with my daily driver. The manager has the best customer service I have ever seen. But the service itself isnt what it should be. Too much lolly-gagging. And lying about when your vehicle is going to be pulled in. The little fat guy behind the counter that looks like a ground hog is alot if the problem. Ive worked alot of shops and run my own. This ground hog takes advantage of people that dont know any better. But the MANAGER, that guy, his customer service is literally off the chain.

We came in to Plaza Tire in Poplar Bluff with a flat tire, and in need of new tires for my Infiniti QX80. We were greeted by Joey who had several people in the waiting area, was answering the phone, and sending out tickets to the shop all by himself. He ran the lobby so efficiently, making sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. He never once seemed frazzled or overwhelmed and impressively handled the busyness in stride. We left with 4 new tires after only being there for around an hour; even with them being as busy as they were, on a Saturday morning. Great job Joey, and to your crew!

All I have to say is even if I weren’t wrong, they would have made it right. Shoutout to Cedric for assisting a quite displeased customer with a smile. This company might have a bad reputation around it, but I can at least say the poplar bluff store has their priorities straight. Keep up the good work, I’ll be back at some point 😏

Plaza Tire was a shining light on an otherwise dark day.No one wants to discover they have a flat tire when they are already late for work and that’s what happened to me this morning. Needless to say, I was not in a good mood. However, that quickly changed after walking into Plaza Tire (Poplar Bluff location). The staff were so kind and helpful. They got me fixed up in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.I could not be more happy with their service and will definitely be using Plaza tire from here on out.

Went to get my car inspected, to sell. Ball joints didnt pass they tried to charge me almost 900 dollars to get it fixed, got it fixed by my father (who accidentally bent the control arm) and took it back to get reinspected. My car passed, i get it to where it needs to be and their inspection failed for multiple things, not only the control arm. The price for the best ball joints i could find for my vehicle cost me less than 50 for 2. I am beyond disappointed with this, but if youre one for costumer service.. and nothing else, theyre the ones for ya!

Have used them several times now.. they are respectful of my vehicles and have even delivered them to my work a few times. The customer service desk employees listen to what you’re needing, take notes, and communicate the job to the garage well. Had my wife take her car in for a four wheel alignment had negative camber in the rear. Wasnt aligned to specs . Pulls hard to the right as in negative castor also has toe in none of this was fixed. The car wasnt even in the shop twenty mins and she was told it was fine. Pulls even harder to the right now TOOK HER MONEY AND DID NO SERVICE TO OUR VEHICLE

In and out in 30mins, only problem I got with the service, is I had a inspection done and they didnt tell me about my shocks being out . That needs replacing. Customers service great, but needs more attention to inspection.

Manager and workers were very polite and helpful, even being so busy they still managed to have everything under control. My new tires are great! Reasonable prices also!

They messed up my vehicle wouldnt recommend this place, had gotten a tire alignment an couple days after my car was wobbling turns out the people who did it didnt even tighten the bolts completely so they snapped 🤕🤬

Everyone was very nice and professional. My only issue was that it took an hour and a half just to get a tire patched and my tire wasn’t inflated enough to turn my low pressure light off. They did however wave the cost since it took so long.

Plaza always gets my car in quickly & does an excellent job. They never try to push any repairs on me that are not necessary. Very satisfied with their efficiency & quality.
