The staff person we dealt with was rude to us from the time we went in ...he acted like he didnt want to help us then he kept our part we brought in as a reference .not happy with the service we walked out .we will go somewhere else even if we have to drive a couple hours to get our parts its well worth not having to be treated like this

Ive known Vernon since we were kids, so yeah, my opinion may come off as a little biased...But, Barkers speaks for itself. The work staff on hand at Barkers, are professional and beyond knowledgeable, including Vernon.Each time I need repair work, inspections, or even suggestions or advice... If there is something Barkers arent able to do, or dont offer, theyll be quick to lend you the info on who they trust with doing the job or service.Ive never known Vernon to not help anyone, in any situation, if hes able to...hell, even if he isnt, hell still try. And that includes at the shop, and outside the auto and tow business. Vernons just a good guy.Regardless of my personal relationship with Vernon...BARKERSTOWING& AUTOSHOP...is just where I go!Its who I use, and its who I reccomend when Im asked.It has been since theyve opened and I dont see that changing any time in the future.

When I first called to get a part fixed on my Toyota Tacoma the guy I talked to on the phone said it would be $75-$97 to fix. (I brought the parts they would need to fix it) When I dropped my truck off I told them if something came up and for some reason the price went up to call me first. They called me 30 minutes later saying it was going to cost right at $200, so I told him thats not what the guy quoted me that I would just come get it and fix it myself. So they asked who I talked to and I couldnt remember the guys name so he said he would call me back in a few minutes, and within 5 minutes he called back and said sorry about the misunderstanding but they always like to keep their word and only charged me $97 for it,,, Ive taken vehicles to other places and almost always the price goes up but for them to believe me when I told them someone told me $97 and not just think I was trying to put one over on them was pretty awesome and after that they was done with my truck within an hour and a half.

Cant say anything bad. They have took great care of us for a couple years now

These guys r awesome..I had a friend who parked at an unathorrized place and it was going to cost me $295 and they just charged $150..These guys came through and gave me a great deal!! I had a flat tire, stuck in the side of the road, called Barkers and they were quick to get there, loaded my car and drove me to the tire shop, driver was very friendly and professional. I have also had them work on my car a few times and they are fast, friendly and the prices are not outrageous, very affordable.. highly recommended Barker!!
