Called them out 5 days ago because our unit was obviously not working properly.. guy said everything was fine, was charged 250 bucks to service two systems.. 4 days later called them back cause it was 83 in our living, the guy said I was just there and everything is fine but Ill come out again. found two issues the second trip that supposedly werent there the first time he came out. he charged me another 100 dollar diagnostic fee on top of 300 for a fan, so Ive paid 650 this week for a new fan. and God only knows what my electric bill is gonna be since it ran 24/7 for a week straight because everything was fine

One star is more than deserved...called on a Friday was told they would be here the following monday....they never showed up and wasnt even professional enough to call me and give me an excuse as to why....wish I wouldve never called now after spending the weekend on 90 or above temps.....now I have to call someone else and spend another night on this heat....would not reccomend Precisionto anyone..

I had recently had my ac unit outside and duct work replaced. They did a very good job and was reasonable on price. I highly recommend

I called this business and the lady that answered the phone was so abrupt and rude that I would hire them just based on that experience. If that is the experience I get before I hire them I can only imagine how bad it is if I hired them.
