These guys were beyond professional and very quick to do the job. Due to certain circumstances, it did take two days in 2 separate weeks, but they was upfront about everything and returned when they said. I had my female dog out and everytime she got out the back door they would kindly let her back in with a smile. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and super PROFESSIONAL. Highly recommend them to anyone and glad I read the reviews on them and did business. Greg was awesome to talk to and the other staff members.

We have been impressed with Aire Solutions from every perspective. One of our air conditioning units was not properly working. One of their technicians, Auston, fixed that unit and gave us an estimate on replacing three of our units with heat pumps. He also did maintenance on a fourth unit. The entire process of having a generator i stalled for our home was very positive. The sales person and people who did the installation were very friendly and professional. Before purchasing our new home we had Aire Solutions perform a Real Estate Inspection on our HVAC system to ensure proper safety and operation. During the inspection, Carbon monoxide(C.O) was present in the home due to a crack in the heat exchanger and rusted venting for the water heater. Without that inspection our safety could have been in jeopardy. We had them replace the 26 year old YORK gas furnace and air condition and re-locate a water heater due to access issues with furnace. We stuck with YORK due to the age of the current system. We did however go with a higher efficiency furnace(96%) and A/C(16seer). Our gas bill was a smidge over $100(which includes our water heater) for the month of Feb. 2021(a week of 0-10degree days). From the office staff to the install crew this company gleams of professionalism. Aire solutions should be everyones go-to company!!

Called Monday morning they had an opening Tuesday Morning or after noon. DO to a meeting I had I choose the later one. Fom3 to 5pm.Today on Tuesday I received a call that the Tech was finishing up early on his last call before mine. They asked if he could show up earlier, I said sure. Our AC wasnt working on Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. I called Aire Solutions a few minutes before they closed. The service technician called back shortly and advised the unit needed to thaw overnight. Service price was upfront. They arrived when they said they would be there, then performed their work promptly and professionally. With a service like that, I advised the technician I would like to be placed on their yearly maintenance program.

Aire Solutions took good care of us when our heating system had a problem. It was mid-December and they sent their technician named Austin to examine and repair our unit. Furnace quit during the coldest winter days in years. Tech arrived in just a few short hours. Quickly found the problem but needed a replacement part. Made temporary repair to keep the house heated. Came back in a couple of days and replaced the part (at a reasonable cost). Could not ask for better service. I have used Aire Solutions for several years and have always been pleased with their service.

Within 24 hours of contact with this company I had heat and where I live is very cold and my children and I had been without heat for awhile. Frank came yesterday and explained everything and he didn’t try and get me to buy something bigger than I needed for more money and then Shane and Rick (installers) were here by 8 the next morning and by afternoon I had heat they were even able to get the gas company out the same day even tho I personally couldn’t get an appointment with them until tomorrow... these fellows were top notch from start to finish.. my thermostat was older than Moses and I didn’t have a carbon monoxide detector but I have brand news ones today.. thank you Aire Solutions and thank God we are not cold any longer.. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone and on top of all that the price was good also

Had a new furnace installed Christmas Eve. Technicians turned it on and the fan motor smoked. Went the weekend, cold with only a fireplace to keep warm. On Monday they replaced the motor and it worked for a few days then had I to turn off furnace then back to get it to start. Have had numerous problems. Aire Solutions have been good to come and fix. Just not happy to have all these problems on a brand new furnace.

Eric and Rhys installed our replacement HVAC system and would totally professionally while being very courteous and friendly. They explained in full details exactly what they were doing and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. Additionally, they removed all of the old unit and picked up all trash in the area. Aire Solutions has been my go to for HVAC for the past 5 years. They have done 2x yearly maintenance, AC repairs and now installed an awesome new HVAC! Technician was very knowledgeable, good work ethic, quality tools. Was very satisfied with his work and he offered alternatives to manage the cost. He did replace a capacitor at an outrageous cost, but that way out of his control, but did cause the bill to escalate sharply. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

My wife and I were looking to get rid of the musty smell from water that had been running into our crawlspace for 3 yrs, I called AireSolutions and they sent someone over the next day to talk about what could be done. The following Monday they showed up and started encapsulating my crawlspace with pump and dehumidifier, the entire job was finished in a day and a half. Called this morning, July 5th 2019 @ 8AM, and they had a technician at my house by 10AM, and I live 25 minutes away. The technician Gary was wonderful, explained everything in detail and provided different options to fix my current issue. My son was fascinated by his gadgets and he worked well with my sons curiosity.
