Staff doesn’t mention anything to you in the beginning that if you don’t give a two weeks notice that your pay will drop so be aware of that because they will not mention it. As well Lora isn’t a good recruiter.. she’s poor at communicating as well as she leaves her job for you to do as in giving the job you’re working a notice when that’s her place because you work for her.. so it’s HER JOB TO FIND YOU EMPLOYMENT. I’ve emailed and clearly she stopped and didn’t respond until she asked when I will be returning and I told her that I wasn’t because I found employment myself because she wasn’t helping me. She failed to do her job so why should I stick around for her or that company to get paid? If I could give this ZERO stars I would. This is the first temp agency I’ve worked for and will be the last.

If youre looking for a good company to start as a career, do not apply with randstad. They will lie to keep you at a dead end job and remain a temp. Then, when I got hired for a permanent position after applying for myself. I called to let them know, not saying any names but they ignored all my calls to come pick up the last check since it was not deposited into my account the following week. They even sent it straight to voicemail, ended up calling HR to receive my last check. Youre experience maybe different but this was my experience with randstad in pooler.

Lora and her staff has been amazing since the day I walked into their office. I went in for a job fair almost 2 months ago and I was so thankful that I did. Lora was great, sweet and so very helpful. We spoke on the phone, then I went in and did all my onboarding and that was it, I was in. She had a position already lined up for me. She was on target about the position and the person I would be reporting to if I got the position. All was great. Best two interviews Ive had in a long time. I got the temp position. Always the pay could be better, but it was right where I expected it and needed it to be for now.

I was so excited to visit this agency based on the online reviews. I assumed I’d be going into a professional and courteous organization. However, I visited the office last week and I cannot believe the outcome. The day I visited, there were two staff members sitting at their cubicle as I walked in. I said hello! Neither of them acknowledged me. Neither spoke or greeted me when I walked in. And, neither looked up. I almost turned and walked out but just as I thought to leave, the lady in the back finally looked up and acknowledged me and said she’d be right with me. I sat at an empty table for a while and she finally came over to me and asked me what I needed. I explained to her why I was there and she said the person who handles my case was busy and they’d have to get back with me at another time. The entire time she talked to me, she was looking away from my face. She never looked me in the eye... So, I left the office... needless to say, I haven’t heard from them since... I’m an African American individual and I honestly feel that this has a lot to do with the way I was treated. Especially since I wasn’t greeted. I just wanted to leave an honest review pertaining to my own personal experience. I think the employee’s at this agency need to be trained on customer service etiquette. How can you work for a recruiting agency with this kind of treatment to your customers? Sad!! We will see if they correct it!!

This was my first time having a bad experience with this temp. I would not recommend them just because the business and professionalism is poor. They put me on an assignment that had bad reviews and was really unsafe. I tried calling them to change me to another assignment but they never answered the phone. Eventually I stopped going to the assignment. Four days after missing, they call me before there opening time to tell me I didn’t go to my assignment yesterday! I tried explaining to them that they never answered the phone all last week! Her excuse is that she was the only one in the office for a whole entire week and was not able to answer the phone! Other employees have tried reaching them as well before my assignment started so I guess you’re in the office by yourself all month?! Hmmm....
