Im an experienced operator. I saw that they have clamp operator opening on facebook market place. I called an inquiry about the position. She told me that they only have general labor and heavy lifting available. So I asked do she have any idea when the jobs may come available. She replied back that it all depends on the company needs. I feel as though they have their picks of who they want to deal with. They wanted to settle for less when Im already getting less.

I absolutely love this place. Leo is awesome. He has put me and my ENTIRE family to work. All of the staff are always polite, very knowledgeable, and very professional. Im sorry for those that have had bad experiences but I truly love this company. They will work you but hey thats what we want right$$!!

Yes, they started me with a job the next day, but they informed me of the job description wrong. They told me that I will be a sweeper operator but when I got their that changed quickly and was an utility guy. Not only they gave me the wrong job description but also sent me to the wrong place 7 am in the morning. I told them that I was unhappy due to the fact of miscommunication, and felt like as though I was being treated unfairly. They ended my assignment there as the utility guy, but I explained to them prior that I have bills and responsibility. They showed no compromise or compassion to as Mr. Clarence stated business partners but only to the people who work for them it seems. unfortunate it wasnt a two way street. Its either you take what we give you and be happy with that.

They are fast and have good service. They also hire you fast and respond fast. Very nice people

Hey ladys and gens select source is a good temp for starts also my first year there I made 20000 but its not easy work but hard work pay off but make sure you holla at Mr. Clarence that guy going get you an job within your first week but if you and hard worker and you need a job maybe temp to hire call Mr. Clarence.. A one on the rate scale is too high. Worse staff ever. They are just out for you paying for the ridiculous tests they have you take when you sign on. They will get you a bad job that you will quit and they have their money and you do not get any pay for working in the long run. Your first $50.00 dollars you earn is to pay for the tests. You never pay anyone to work. EVER. You get paid for work done. It is a bad business. Go across the street from this place to the other staffing company and they will get you an honest job and no payment for testing. They are taking advantage of all of the people out of work and desperately trying to find decent and honest work. DO NOT GO THERE.

I love selecsource and they love me too. I been working with them for at least 5 years and they always look out for me. Hard work pays off. I have a reputation with them as a great worker so I get blessed with the good job offers.

I give them this rating since it seems they never pick up their phones. It is almost like theyre trying to avoid talking to you... they can give you a job but they will not pick up their phones afterwards. Staff were friendly, though.

The team in this office is garbage and do not know how to treat their employees. HANNA is the worst person there she is a very disrespectful woman, she was flirting with my partner that also work for them. Very unprofessional staff and they cover each other. I do not recommend this agency to anyone out there . If they don’t like you the will not help you at all. Believe me, You will be disappointed.

Due to some many negative feedback i was asked to leave a review based off my experience.Iam absolutely happy to be blessed by selecsource and hannah is the greatest help of help of all! If you need a job ask for hannah she is the best.I had a issue with my hours and Hannah took the time and corrected everything, i have nothing but love for thus company.

Worse staffing company i work for in Pooler. Especially when you deal with Hanna she make you feel so unwelcome very unprofessional person that has no respect for her Male clients. Bad service .

Everyone is nice and very respectful.

Horrible staff, they are unable to do even the simplest of task, they do not communicate with each other. Selec source sent pay checks to other businesss and then had the employees chase them down on their dime. They told us it would take 2 weeks for direct deposit to go through well, a month later they still have not corrected the problem. If you can avoid this facility do so. They conduct themselves as well as the Savannah/Chatham county food stamp office. (they dont listen, they do not complete their paperwork, they are not worth the hassle)

I would never recommend anyone going there, ever. Staff is rude, and the system is set up to intentionally screw you. They lie about the compensation and expect you to workwithout paying you. I worked 38 hours one week, and then 53 hours the nexts week. 38hrs=220.00 53hrs=420.00 even though I was told I would be making 10/hr. I asked them about fixing it, was told they would, they never did. Called again, hung up on, despite being polite about the situation, called again, was told Id get a call back, never did. So STAY AWAY. Unless you want to be a slave I DO NOT recommend this terrible place.

Ive been here since 7:50am and here it is 8:45 am and we are still here waiting. Selec Source coworker is locked out she doesnt have a key because she has only been here a few months . shes very helpful with the questions we are asking. Very disappointed in service 7-20-17
