I walked in, bought 2 tires, and left. The lady behind the counter was very quick, knowledgeable and nice. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

While the service manager did at least make the price right the experience was a total joke! Went in on Tuesday to order tires. Went back in Wednesday to get the tires put on and they had ordered the wrong tires and informed us that the tires we had wanted were $30 more than we had been quoted. We proceeded to order the CORRECT tires and was told they would be in by the end of the day. My husband waited almost 4 hours for our tires to be mounted and balanced. They didn’t have the correct valve stems so had to put the old ones back on.Mind you now, we did just take the rims in for the tires to be mounted. When we got home and put the tires on the truck, we went to drive the truck to make sure everything was okay. We didn’t make it a mile out of the driveway and the damn wheel weights were coming off!!So this morning, back to Walmart we go. Come to find out, they didn’t even put the correct weights on the tires!! So after another hour and half of babysitting the employees to make sure they got it all right, we were finally able to leave.This is the first time we used the Walmart Auto Center in Ponca City, and we will not be returning.

Long wait, but isnt too expensive. The mechanics were helpful and they get your information and in line quickly. Could be a four but for now its gonna be a three from me.

Good price and good tires. But Walmart didnt get the tires ordered and in when promised. And the actual installation appointment was a hassle.

Got there at 8:30 am to have a tire changed had 2 people ahead of me and took an hour and a half to get it done the auto guy was very nice..

Very bad experience went in last week had two tires put on. They put a different size on than what was on the truck. Just one size off. That took two hours. Then went in the next week to have two more put on. After waiting for a hour and forty five minutes they tell me they only have one tire left in that size. And that that tire is being discontinued. They didn’t offer to put a different brand on or any other solution to the problem. A really bad experience all the way around. But had they told me about this problem shortly after I got there. I might have had them order tires and did it at a different time. That and the fact that they put three people ahead of me.

Wait time was a little long but they were very busy. Every step they took I was consulted. Very attentive guys there. 4 new tires and an oil change and still didnt go broke.

Bryan of the Ponca City Walmart Oil & Lube department was VERY helpful early this past Sunday morning. I was needing tire assistance before his department was open for the day and he took in my flat tire for fixing and checked all the tires on my truck so I could continue with my work day ALL BEFORE 8 am! Thanks so much Bryan!

The people are nice enough but they are so shorthanded because of administration scheduling that they forget things like to put your spare back in the car which is a nightmare if youre leaving to go somewhere very early the next morning as I was. I have overheard Walmart employees in general comment but they got wrote up for being one moment over time. That is very sad considering they dont have enough help and people stand in line waiting to be checked out for far too long far too many times in the checkout up front as well as everywhere else in the store

When you buy New tires always get the Hazzard warranty. In the long run it will save you money. Thanks Walmart

Quick, friendly, and never had any issues with tire mounting.

Had two new tires put on and they broke the tire pressure sensor. Came back in 4 times to try to get it fixed and have been waiting 4 hours already for them to fix it when I was in here as soon as they opened. Not a very happy customer!!!!!!
