On Monday, July 12, 2021, I left my office to discover a nail in my tire. A coworker drove me to Take Ten. The business was closed, but the guys fixed my tire anyway. They were professional, understanding, and very quickly made the repair. This made the guys late in taking care of their own after-work responsibilities, and Im grateful to them for taking care of me. My family is relocating to Ponca City, Im living in a hotel for now, and have no knowledge of services here. Take Ten went the extra step to help me. That us truly great service. Thank you guys! 8/28/21 It was 10 minutes before closing time, but we just needed an oil change and it was outstanding service, they guys were quick but thorough and made sure the code reader accepted the change being made, had the windshield washed. Definitely love the service and they really love to help their customers get back on the road again⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly, prompt and helpful service. I used to work for a store that didnt put new tires on rims so I sent my customers to Take Ten where they replaced the tires especially the lawnmower and lawn tractor type. I never heard any complaints only praise. Thank you guys.

Great customer service!! We were from out of town and had a tire blowout on the turnpike. Our ETA was showing us arriving at their shop 30 minutes after they closed. We called, and without hesitation, they offered to stay late and wait for us to get there! I can’t say thank you enough! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area needing tires!

Very nice and are very helpful. I had tires sensors balance & alignment fone on my vehicle. They did it in s shorter time than most and notified me of any problems that they found. The ones whom change oil have always been respectful & do their job very well. Will recommend to anyone. Felt very well taken care of and not like they were just trying to ger your money. Two stars for being fast and friendly. But I always feel like my trust has been violated when Im there. I seriously believe there is a bait and switch when it comes to a dirty air filter. The dirty air filter they always show me looks like Ive been idling and driving behind trucks spewing black exhaust. No other service dept has shown me blackened air filters.After getting the ridiculously high bill for an oil change and probably an unnecessary air filter, I remembered why I stopped going there a few years ago. Unfortunately, for my pocketbook, I was in too much of a hurry today.

Take Ten made a mistake on the first visit. We made it back and Take Ten accepted responsibility, made it right. And apologized. We were impressed with how nice they were. The world is not always perfect, but they did a good job making the problem right.

So just to share my experience with having oversized tires, I have been to several tire shops throughout Oklahoma in attempt to have my 35x12.50R20 balanced well enough you can drink coffee without wearing it haha however I have never had a better experience with a tire shop in all my years of driving! Overpriced quote on wheel bearing service. Having it done for a more correct price somewhere else, costs about half of what they quoted. Also, they dont let you know about the inspection fee before the inspection. Staff was friendly and helpful other than not informing about the inspection costs.Edit-Take Ten was very professional and courteous, thats why the 2 star WAS there. One month has passed, and my wheel bearing has been fixed by another shop, and doing fine. Turns out other shop did it for $3xx, while Take Ten quoted $4xx. Not a huge deal, but glad I shopped around.Now on to the bad part, and the part why the review is 1 star now. Ill do my best to share the experience accurately without sharing unnecessary opinions.While being quoted for the wheel bearing service, they inspected the rest of the vehicle, which cost I think about $90? When quoting me price, the receptionist/clerk stated that they found something else wrong, which was an oil leak from the valve cover gasket (which I already knew about, its just not bad so I havent fixed it yet). I told the clerk that I knorw about the problem and thanked her, and she continued, saying that theyd be happy to fix it, and that it needed attention soon. She stated then, and I quote, that oil was POURING from the valve cover gasket area. Pouring. I said Wow, that sounds way worse than when I saw it last and said that Id check it out and be on my way.Well 1 month later and I havent put a single drop of oil in my car, and the oil is reading not only between the dipstick lines, but at the very top. I drive the car a lot, so youd think it would be low by now if it was pouring. The car hasnt used or leaked more than a few drops of oil, so it seems I was intentionally misled, whether by the clerk or by the inspecting mechanic.It seems Take Ten prides itself in customer service, and I appreciate that very much. If Take Ten management feels the need to look into this and speak to the inspecting mechanic about the implications of lying to customers, misleading people, or maybe even not being that great with their choices of verbs, then they can feel free. The name on my ticket is the same as on Google reviews, and the incident happened last month. The vehicle is a 2002 Honda Civic. Thanks Take Ten for at the very least taking a look at it 👌

Got a flat coming home from Tallgrass Wildlife Preserve. Tow truck brought me to Take Ten where they had me back on my way home in no time! Freindly folks who really take care of you!

Beware $117 for a oil change on v6 told them that was high way robbery he said you know how many corts it hold said yes my dad owns a shop 7 to exact 6.9I called walmart they are $35.00 for a high millage oil change that uncludes 5 qts so i would of had to buy 2 qts oil change at max would of coat me $50.00 and some changeI also seen manager load up 4 new tires in his truck when I was there we will never be back feel ripped off and taken advatage of.I will never run my business this way. Thank god we have a office full of attorneysI told them I Feel they should of post prices he just said it dont matter it does matter when you charge double what every one elae does.Taken ten they will take hundards from you. Need new managment in my opinion.

I went to Take 10 for an oil change. The guys that worked there were very polite and quick! Everything went so quickly and smoothly, very painless! They advised me of any issues they noticed but did not push me to make unnecessary purchases. I will definitely use their services again. I dont know the going price on oil changes but I did feel the price might have been a little high but for the quick, efficient, polite service I received I felt it was worth it.

I had a tire blowout while driving home from Minnesota to Texas and had called several other places looking for a replacement but apparently my tire size is uncommon. Take Ten not only had my size in stock but when I got there 45 minutes later they got my car in right away. They also let my dog wait in the lobby with me which was amazing because I dont know where else we would have gone since the shop is located on a busier road. All of the staff members were also super friendly and they had popcorn in the lobby, after the stressful day I had been having I really needed those two things. I lived in the area I would definitely we taking my car dealer from now on.

Did a great job fixing my door window however I now can not get my door lock to unlock and get my door open. Probably just a small glitch. They are good about fixing those as well when notified.

Very RUDE! Manager hung up on me... had to get my car in three times because they couldn’t patch a tire correctly. Asked to schedule an appointment because I could going to labor any day now, and was unwilling to work with me. My money will go somewhere else. The men here are rude and incompetent.

The president of this store was headed in the opposite direction of where our car had a flat tire, and he turned around and helped assistance 2 ladies and 4 children with changing the tire. His kindness and help were GREATLY APPRECIATED! HE WAS OUR ANGEL!

If you are broken down in ponca city Oklahoma go to these guysWe had our vehicle 2007 white Ford f150 towed to be diagnosed and was supposed to be checked today they had an issue with the mechanic had to leave on an emergency they initially said that they was being looked at and that the mechanic had just left but the truck was still in the parking lot. Even with as upset as I was with the situation the employees were professional they did not charge us for the Diagnostics that they had done and did not charge us for the towingSo our truck broke down again, we called take ten, they towed it and fixed it again turned out to be a separate but related problem to the first for free.
