Awesome Gym! No Judgments. Everyone is super friendly here!!!

My husband and I travel for his work, and we were in Ponca and able to work out here about a month before we had to move on to the next job. By far my favorite gym I’ve ever been to. Clean, open 24/7, a lot of different equipment, and so affordable! Not to mention the owners were super friendly and made us feel right at home!

Nice gym focused on weight lifting. Doesnt have that big globo gym vibe and its open 24hrs.

Older equipment but in good condition. Huge variety of equipment for the space. The best benches for chest I have ever used(and there are two of them). Low monthly rate. Friendly owner. And after moving to stillwater I really miss the place.

Great place to workout

This gym is a great place for people that prefer a smaller more personal experience. The people are generally friendly as well.The gym is also open twenty four hours a day seven days a week, so you can work out regardless of your regular schedule.Membership is twenty five dollars a month for one person, and forty dollars a month for a family package.
